Entrance Preview

I applied for MBBS course through CPMT. I scored good marks but my score was not good enough to qualify for MBBS. But my score was considered for BHMS score. Reason for choosing this college was the Biology and Chemistry faculity was good.

Course Curriculum Overview

2

Course curriculum was that of U.P. Board. What ever we had studied in Intermediate it was only just an elaboration. Biology was divided into Zoology and Botany. In Zoology we were taught about Animals and in Botany about plants. In Chemistry it is all about small molecules of which everyone is made of and chemical reactions. In Physics about the rules of nature.

Internships Opportunities

Internship we have in Lucknow University. No stipend facility was there. During Internship regular classes was there which includes practicals also. In Biology practicals we do disectios. In Chemistry we do chemical reactions. In Physics we learn about how the nature is doing work for us and its principals with its live examples.

Placement Experience

2.5

Few company's arrived including some Job consultancies. Our students were placed in companies like Cadila, Ciplma, Sun pharma, Pfizer, Glaxo et.

College Events

2.5

Regular events were celeberated which includes Annual functions, Faiwell party, Welcome party, Republix day, Independence day etc. Annual function was a big event in which there is a dance, music, cultural programs and of course Lunch.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee was very less as our college was Government aided. At that time it was only Rs. 1500 approximately at that time. This fees also include game fee. Professional courses which our college offer, the fee of them was high because they were self financed. Course of pharmacy was Rs. 10000 per semester which was really expensive as compared to regular course.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship was their for meritorious students and for students belonging to poor families which can't afford books and fee. About loan, we can get in form of Educational loan from Banks, but it depends on course which we were doing.

Campus Life

2

I studied in a Boys college. No girls. Campus life was very interesting, boys were co-operative. Every 2-3 months we arrange group parties. Almost 95% boys were Hindus. Our college was Government aided. Many boys have political links.

Hostel Facilities

2

Hostel Facility was also there in my college. It was on sharing basis. Standard of Hostel was not upto the mark. In comparison to that PG of nearby location was good and upto the mark and their flooding facility was better as compared to the College Hostel. Average rental of my time was Rs. 3000 per month.

Alumni/Alumna

Teachers was very co-operative. Seniors generally stay away from juniors. Even today few of my alumni meet me once or twice a year. When ever we meet we generally have a party. We don't have any communication with our old Teachers now. Few our old alumni are settled outside India also.

Exam Structure

Examination were on yearly basis, so it was not really hectic. Practicals labs were well equipped with all basic Facility.

Faculty

2.5

Faculty specially of Biology and Chemistry was really good and they have thorough knowledge of their subject. Our Biology sir Mr. Sandeep Kumar Pandey was one of the best Teachers of Lucknow at that time and he was called in Seminars and Debates.

Course Curriculum Overview:

According to me you should choose Brahmanand College but as I wanted more practicals then theory work but it is not like that here because you get more time to study and practicals were less .Exams' timings were sometimes morning, afternoon so you will have to manage yourself accordingly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'd rate the curriculum 4/5. Topics like programing and data structures are super relevant.it prepares us for tech roles, but could include more hands on projects and industry tools. More focus on emerging tech like Ai /ML would be awesome. Exams are semester wise and okay.areas for improvement: internships, coding challenges, and guest lectures from pros. Solid foundation overall !

Course Curriculum Overview:

As the faculty teachers and all the staff was very good and the faculty teachers of the science were very fabulous in education causes me to choose this course... The curriculum here was in terms of social interaction was ok but it was not that good for the future real world academic pursuits as their were not that much activities for the social appearance... In terms of course curriculum and teaching method this college doesn't need much improvements because it is much better according to teaching method , as the teachers were good in terms of teaching... The timing and frequency was having much gap between one semester exam and the other semester exam , so there were not much difficulty in giving exams according to my perspective...
