Niladri Basu's Review On Dum Dum Motijheel College, Kolkata

Principal, the administrative head of the college was a very good person with a good personality to administer the college smoothly. We never faced any administrative malfunction during college days which made our course peaceful.

I have took Higher Secondary exam after scoring 64.3% of marks I got the form for taking admission to this college.

Course curriculum was designed by Calcutta university which is a world famous university and is equivalent to a standard university. I took honours in chemistry which was excellent.

As this is a general academic college no such companies came to the campus for offering internship.But the faculties of this college guided us in the right way so that we have no trouble to get the job.

Placement and job opportunities were moderate. Teachers were helpful and responsible towards their students for guiding for right job.

There were numerous cultural and educational events took place in the college. Students union took and initiative to shows the cultural and educational prosperity of the college to outer sphere of the college.

There is no additional scholarship available with college. Except govt. scholarships. Also no loan facility were available.

Campus was cool. There were common room with various indoor game facilities like table tennis, carom and many others. There is a playground also where we can play cricket, football and other outdoor games. Food at our college canteen were awesome.

We never get any alumni network during my college days. We never faced any program organised by the college alumni network. As a result we never get any scope to gather any idea on their response.

The exams and labs were always very tight in schedule but we used to help ourselves out of that tight schedule as teachers were very friendly and helpful as a result we never felt that tiredness during our labs.

All the faculty of this college is qualified and outstanding in delivering their best to us. All of the faculty were responsible towards their students and guided us towards right path of success.
