Remarks

If you want to get admission in BSc agriculture (Hons) in SOA, DU, BBSR then you need to fill the online application of SAAT that is available on soa university's website every year and the university conduct examination, Although the marks do not matter. This examination is only conducted as a formality, Infrastructure is a good college campus, as well as classes hostels, are very clean and peaceful environment, Placement is not so much attractive after graduation maximum students do their higher studies or go for govt exams. All teachers are quite helpful, the college has its own lucrative farm and laboratory with all types of facilities, well-qualified faculties, Anyways think twice before you take agriculture because it has 10-11 subjects in each semester and practical, which is very hectic Don't just take agriculture by assuming it's very easy. lookout to all the syllabus and subjects than think about it. Thank you

Course Curriculum Overview:

As India is a agricultural country most people depends on agriculture so I choose this course that I think it might have more scope. Through this course, we covered both theory and practice; we planted crops, prepared the field, applied manure to the soil, and irrigated the field. The difficulty is not too hard, and there are about 4 exams in a year, which is very good. In this course we must visit the village and interact with village people know their problems and try to find solutions. In our college we are less interactive with village farmers.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Agriculture course is highly vast and informative. This course actually provides economic knowledge about the food we consume in our daily life and also provides the information about how they are grown and taken care of by our hardworking farmers. And talking about the difficulty level it's actually easy and we just have to get involved in this course as much as we can. Improvement this course requires is to give proper guidance to our farmers and also to provide them with proper wages they deserve.
