My College

There is nothing bad about college, very good standard college girls come here with good background very reputed 1st girls govt. college in Delhi.

After my 12th, I sat for this IP entrance exam where I cleared the exam with Rank 842, I opted for AIT college but my destiny bought me to this college also my Parents wanted me to join this as it is Girls only government college in Delhi and very well reputed too.

There are Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering courses during my time in College, Courses are all good with good faculty. Now not sure but must have come up with new additional courses as well like Civil Engineering, Information Technology Engineering courses etc must have come up too. One can google out more to get full understanding about the same.

Not sure but I guess yes IGIT College do provide internship. It must be basis of clearing some exam or if known to some students already studying in the college or if known to some faculty.

IGIT College is quite known for its placements and job opportunities. All good companies come for the placements every year. Companies like Microsoft, TCS, Tech Mahindra, C DOT, Oracle etc. Now many more new companies too must have join to the placements league. Also, there is 80% placements record every year.

Technical, IP Fests are all celebrated in IGIT, which is under main campus. Yearly IP main fest used is celebrate in IGIT campus where all the IP College used to gather here. Crowd during Fest din't used to be quite good but internals fest used to be quite good.

As it is Govt college, so fees structure at my time was 29k which was not very expensive, current fees structure not sure of but definitely cheaper than private ones. Fees is definitely cheaper as compared to Maharaja Agrasen College, HR College, Surajmal College.

Yes, there is scholarship facility and must be loan facility too by now. Interested candidates can check out on google or the site itself to grab more knowledge on Internship and Loan facilities.

As it is girls college so its 1:0 ratio. There are many extracurricular activities keeps happening. Good lab facilities too. Labs used to be quite old but with all the equipments, Sports fest also with all sports activities with over all IP Colleges participating.

Hostel facilities are quite good and hygienic with good mess food. Girls hostel facilities was strict during my time for girls especially. Also, there used to be internal celebration organised within the hostel itself like christmas, dandiya, diwali etc.

Seniors at my time used to be quite good and helpful. Seniors can help you regarding exam course, they can issue you there old books, old notes which can help you during exams.

Exam structure is quite tuff, with regular practical exams and internal exam which starts as soon you join college. and Min 50% passing marks. One must be regular in studies to score good marks, just attend lectures regularly, also attendance do play crucial role in scoring in exam 75% attendance is essential.

Faculty of my college are quite experienced as all are teaching for quite a long time in the college itself. Faculty standards are quite good too, they share good knowledge background and pass on good assignments and help in labs, practicals etc. Faculty is much better than 50% of colleges in Delhi.
