Aditya Mishra's Review On IEC Group Of Institutions, Greater Noida

The management has nothing to do with the college all they invest in is not yet known. Training and placement cell is way too awesome to get you a job. So my dear friend take my advice and restrain yourself from getting enrolled in any of the UPTU colleges as they will deprive you of any future left in you.

I took the state entrance exam, organised by the UPTU now known as the Dr A. P. J Abdul Kalam Technical University, which didn't result in anything great so I scored a general state rank of somewhere around 26K. The IEC CET is one of the most student friendly campus in the state with a shorter list of tantrums. back at the time of my admission there was no uniform but since 2014 it has been made a compulsion. Other than that the college life is not filled with any stressing boundations by the college administration. Hence Knowing these facts I picked up this college among other colleges in the regions. But on a whole it was more of a chance and less of a decision.

The faculty like any other UPTU college isn't exceptional and has been degrading over the years. The qualifications reach as high as M. Tech in the evening batch in the same college except some HODs who claim to have a Masters from NITs and IIts.

Most of the colleges in UPTU dont have companies coming over for placements let alone internships. Since I am pursuing B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering all I wasn't left with much choices so I decided to do a summer training from IFFCO and it took my B. Tech experience to a whole new level by letting me know that there isn't much to do for me.

If you opt for IT, CS or to some extent EC you have TCS as the major recruiter and a couple of other IT firms but in case you have a zeal for Mech than not only this college but no college in UPTU can get you placed in a Mechanical firm.

Terrible that's all I have to say and is known as Razmataz. Last year they called Usha Uthup and Rajpal Yadav that gives you a glimpse of what the college is capable of.

If we take 5 as the best than a 3 can be given to the Mess food but the rooms don't have coolers installed that puts hostels at 1. The fees isn't high when compared to the competitors but a lot can be excepted in what the ask for.

The government sponsored fee waiver seats are the only hope. College has pacts with some bank that can be approached but loan for this college will be a disaster.

I pursuing Mechanical Engineering so I don't know how having a girl in your class feels like but there are a decent number of the fairer sex in the CS, The extracurricular includes bunking and watching movies we do have a R&D lab which has started a couple of years earlier other than that I dont see anything amazing happening anywhere in the campus.

After hosting such a horrible farewell party how can a college expect a good Alumni Network?Still there is a website called almaconnect which connects us with the alumni which seems to be diverse but not exceptional.
