Remarks
It was average college but due high population & competition it's tough to get into average college like these. In my opinion engineer is to be done from premium college only if not get through then persue your hobby.
Entrance Preview
I have given entrance exam of various Engineering papers but didn't get through any. One day i saw advertisement in newspaper for IEC college. Then, i directly went to college & talk to admission incharge. He said yes u can get admission on payment seat that was for Rs63000/yr in 2002 against free seat of Rs19000/yr I didn't have any option & i said yes. Get admission in Mechanical stream.
Course Curriculum Overview
It was average. Very few teachers were good, rest all are just doing there job. No environment for research & all that stuff.
Internships Opportunities
No company came for internship. We have to search companies ourselves for internship & no stipen, daily expense. I did my internship in M/s India tube mills, Mumbai through my Uncle's reference.
Placement Experience
Only one company came that was ' Punj Loyd', took only two students out of 65 no. & was paying very less nearly 12K's per month.
Fee Structure And Facilities
I was day scholar. So i don't know much about hostel but few of friend wer staying in hostel & rated bad ( High fees & no amenities ). Everyone left after 1st yr .
Fees and Financial Aid
No scholarship only get fees waiver to SC/ST quota students.
Campus Life
It was simple home to college & College to home. Not much to remember or to have memories but made some good friends still they are in touch. No extracurricular activities were there. Just had one cricket tournament & that too converted into fight.
Alumni/Alumna
No alumni took place. No interaction with seniors everybody just completed there studies & start focusing there own career. Everybody starts running on the path which they search for themselves.
