Career oriented professional course

It's been a long term process after +2 results were declared till admission in college. After scoring about a minimum of 40-45% in +2, have to appear in jee or ojee exams, where you have to get a rank of about 4000. Then choose your college selection list. Then the 1st,2nd &3rd selection merit list will be released and then go for document verification and then finally call letter from the college for admission. There are seats reserved according to categories of students. There must be some improvement in this process as it's a very slow process.

This is quite a career oriented course. I knew about this course from my mentors and then I interested in this. The faculty students ratio is 1:10. The Faculty are well qualified and highly knowledgeable. All have a great quality of teaching. There are semester exams at each end of the semester as well as mid internal exams conducted. The students also get a good percentage in this.

Teachers are quite involved in the placement of students. A maximum percentage of interested students are getting jobs in big pharma companies. Sun pharma, MacLeod and other top recruiting companies are providing jobs from our course. The average package for a job is approximately about 2-4 lacks at starting. I thought to choose higher studies after completing my b.pharmacy course.

The Course fee is about 55000 and others like registration fee about 3000 and others miscellaneous. The fee amount changes each year. Various scholarships like prerana, E-medhabruti, Pragati are provided to the students. Campus jobs with internships and stipends are provided to students.

The annual fest Vibration is organised each year where both students and all college teaching and non teaching staffs enjoys together. Many Seminar and webinar programmes are conducted in the college and outside the campus also. There are all course related books available in the college provided to students and faculties. The e-learning system is also available. Many journals and research papers are available. Classroom amenities are well organised. Sports programs are arranged annually. There is also curricular competition like quizzes, essays and debates are conducted. Students are always active in social groups and websites.

The hostel infrastructure is well designed. There are good amenities. Required study table and bed and racks are provided in a room. The meal quality and menu are good. The registration process for a hostel is very easy during admission inside the campus. There are nearby private mess and PGs available at an affordable prices also.
