Remarks
Admission is done through the JOSAA counselling and all the seats are also allotted through the JOSAA counselling. For becoming a part of NIT Delhi one has to clear JEE exam a must have secured a minimum of 65% marks in 10+2. I opted for NIT because as per my academic and JEE score I was able to meet the cutoff standards of the college. The college is very good in terms of placement and who does not want a good placement NIT Delhi was my first priority for the B.Tech program that is why I really worked hard to meet the college cutoff standards.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum of the B.Tech program is full of many assignments and project work. The curriculum was recently updated to meet all the latest industrial guidelines. The curriculum is a mixture of theory and practical knowledge. The faculty of the college is one of the best in the business. The faculty are not only of PhD standards but they have every good research work experience from top universities and few of the faculty member research work is published in international magazines. The faculty is very eager to share their knowledge with us.
Internships Opportunities
NIT Delhi provides one of the best internship programs as the internship that we receive is from the top companies like Google, Microsoft, TCS and Wipro so the experience and knowledge that we gain from such a good internship are really unmatched. The average stipend for the internship is around 85k.
Placement Experience
NIT Delhi is one of the most popular engineering colleges of India so the placement packages of the college are also as per the industry standards and the packages offer are one of the highest in business. The highest package was around 36 LPA and the average salary package was 15 LPA. The college placement committee is full of members who have very good industrial experience so it is very easy for them to guides us through mock interviews and simulative exercises for placements.

Campus Life
Saptrang is the college annual fest. The college campus life is very great I have spent one of the best times of my life in NIT Delhi. The college has sports facilities also like a basketball court, volleyball court, cricket, football and many more. The library is the home of many books from all around the world. The college has one of the best well-maintained buildings. The college strictly follows a no-ragging policy very firmly.
Hostel Facilities
The college hostel is also very good. The rooms are properly cleaned on daily basis. The warden and the hostel staff properly maintained the discipline of the hostel. The mess food is very good and tasty we are also served special food during birthdays and festivals. The hostel has 24 hours of water and power supply. The security of the hostel is very good. The hostel is very affordable at the price point of 10000.
