Remarks

My college is very good but the only problem is that the fees is very high and all cannot afford for the same. However if we can get a loan fecilities to repay lost we get job, I can term my college as the best 1.

Entrance Preview

I took CPT as an entrance for CA course. I scored 100 out of 200. I took this course as I had interest in accounts and wanted to pursue my career in the same.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course carriculam consists of 3 levels, namely: Entrance Intermediate Final. There is no other way to do the course. One will have to do all the levels.

Internships Opportunities

In our college there is no internship programme. Thus the stipend does not come into picture. I did some event management job but it was solely out of my efforts.

Placement Experience

There is no campus recruitment in our college. I had to find the job on my own. There is no support from the college. I worked in Genpact initially and then moved to Bangalore for more opportunity.

College Events

Bhawanipur college is one of the best college when it comes to events. They have an annual celebration called as Umang and its very huge and involves many colleges.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is not feasible at all. I struggled a lot to pay the same every year. The amount of fees charged is 5 times more than the govt colleges.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't know if my college provides any scholarships or not. I have never came across any loan or scholarship programs.

Campus Life

Our college provides all the fecilities to the deserving candidates. They support and give them all the exposure required at that time make a big impact.

Exam Structure

College takes two exams every years before the university exams. The first exams is done just after a month to help student understand what level of questions they will have to face in the university.

All the Faculties were very good and they use you invest there time on the students who shows interest. I learned a lot from them and could use the same in the exam.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. The exams were conducted very soon in few semester only giving 3 months for the students to prepare . the professors were good at teaching and somehow used to complete the syllabus

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

I applied to scottish church, jaipuria college and goenka college of commerce Got confirmed from the first two but bhawanipur had the best discipline , teacherd and a smooth easy process and the best campus.it has a ragging free enviroment which is best for me . I applied only for besc and I entered I didn't use quota admission Minimum masks for entry be 65% in best of 4 for evening batch whereas 85% for morning batch (can be changed on the points of performance and talents) there is no age limit for entry The admission process was easy i.e fill out admission form online check name on the admission list released pay the admission fee + yearly fees submission of form in college health check up in college collect your Identification card and you are enrolled in bhawanipur education society college...Read More
