Remarks

The application process was very streamlined and simple, the applicant just needs to register on the Manipal entrance exam portal, verify the information and pay the examination fees to proceed. The cut-offs for the respective branches are generally similar to other private colleges and definitely rewards meritorious students.

Course Curriculum Overview

ECE was my second best choice and the branch I got in the examination. The student-faculty ratio is pretty decent about 1:100. All faculty members are experienced and knowledgeable in their fields. Examinations are held as mid sems and end sems while there also lies continuous quizzes and assignments for overall evaluation.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are on the higher side as it is with a private college, however, there are scholarships for the people who need financial assistance and have done decently in the entrance examination. Hostel and mess fees are separate from the actual academic fees.

Campus Life

Manipal is a hub of diverse students and cultures, this expectedly brings a plethora of events, clubs and student projects all of which develop a student's all-around personality. The techtatva and revels are the campus tech and annual fests respectively.

the curriculum is practical up to date and the assignments are project based that encourages better understanding. the assignments are also real world based that require ,the students, to undestand the subjects better. there are 3 internal test with lab tests include that test the student's knowledge in the subject

the eligibily might be from 3rd year. There are several companies such as capegemini hitachi patym dmart. 700 offers are offered. Highest is 25 lakh and average is around like 5 lakh. After the completion of my degree i would like to persue higher studies like MS.

Placement stats are pretty good, offers above 50LPA have also been granted to students, but they are not as common. With a good cgpa, 5+ LPA can be ensured. Students from 6th sem become eligible for placements, companies such as TI, Apple, Daimler Trucks etc have come for placements

The 6th,7th and 8th semesters are eligible for campus placement. There are many companies visiting campus but it differs every year. The highest package is 7L-8L and the lowest package is 3L. My plan after getting a degree is to get a job in a good company.

MIT Manipal owns engineering!

Admission here are very consistent and just two methods. No other method works here as MIT Manipal has very clear plans. Either you can qualify through Manipal Entrance Test or JEE scores but 90 percentile is required. MIT Manipal is awesome!

For B.Tech courses, Manipal Entrance Test is conducted by the college and students on the score and ranking are alloted branch. CSE and AI are taken by top rankers and then mid rankers can take our branch. However, first choice is always with the students. MIT Manipal is super tech savvy!

In MAHE or MIT Manipal the university only accepts their own entrance scored as JEE qualifications and all have very limited seats.
