All About CBIT

I applied for JNTU and Vasavi but I got a seat in CBIT in counselling. Admissions in my college are based on the TS EAMCET examination and also through JEE score. After getting the Scorecard of TS EAMCET there will be counselling by which we will get a seat allotment.

I choose mechanical engineering because outs college is one of the best in the mechanical engineering stream in Telangana and the staff are excellent in their teaching profession and most of the staff are graduated in Mtech and PhDs.

Many companies offer internships for our college students. Recently one of my friends got selected for a Microsoft internship and some of them are into ISB internship we wrote a test for desiznideaz internship. There will be a stipend too.

Our college is top ranked in placements in Telangana with the highest package of 43 lakhs per annum and with an average of 8 lakhs per annum. The selection process starts in the 7th semester and many companies like Accenture, Delloite, Infosys, etc visit our college. Our college is having a maximum Percentage of students who got selected in placements which is 85%. I'm willing to crack campus placements in the upcoming year.

In our college fee structure for B.E is 1.39 lakh per annum and it may increase in further years but the study and research facilities in our college is of top class. At present, I'm in my 3rd year of engineering and I didn't apply for any internship but my seniors got placed in some good companies like cognizant, Accenture, Deloitte for some decent packages.

Campus Life is so beautiful and every year there will be two fests, one is a technical fest named sudhee conducted in the month of October and the other is a cultural fest known as Shruthi in the month of March. We are having one of the richest libraries in the state of Telangana with plenty of books available and we are cricket, football grounds along with basketball, badminton, table tennis, volleyball courts and also indoor games like chess, carrom etc. Our college contains many technical and cultural clubs like the chaya club(film club), robotics, SAE etc.

Many students choose private hostels to live in the middle of the city because our college hostel is situated at outside of the city. The hostel provides a bed study chair and a locker for every person and the food quality is good but not much taste. The hostel fee is 70000 per year and we need to register for it in the college. I live in gacchibowli and which is 9km from our college.
