GEC, Rajkot D2D review.

Their are 2ways to get admission in GEC Rajkot 1st way is traditional way completing 12th science and get admission and 2nd way is to complete diploma first instead of 12th. I chosen the second option and completed my Diploma from Government Polytechnic Ahmedabad in 2021 and then filled ACPDC form and paid 300rs fees and got admission in college and paid 1500rs to accept the sheet and Confirmed my admission and that 1500 was fees for entire one year . Their is no reservations benefits for general class students. Entire admission process was online and it was best experience.

I had completed my diploma from the same field so to get more value as an Engineer I decided to go for getting full Batchelor degree. We have class of 30 D2D and 120 regular students and their are 3to 4 faculties for each subject. We have to give exam twice in every semester End semester which is final one taken by university and other one is taken by college which is mid semester.

Final year student are eligible for placement and in final year before placement students have to go for independent internships or projects to enhance resumes. Companies like TCS, Reliance etc visit our college to recruit students. 2students from our college get job in Reliance in campus placement from witch one was from ECE who got package of 7.5 lack per animal.

Their is no fees hike policy we have to just pay 1500 at time of admission and from net year other 1500 every year and girls don't have to pay any fees. Students from different categories can get different scholarships but major one is MYSY and digital Gujarat which is given just to backwards class students.

College conductes Brezinger every year which is one to biggest tech fest in Gujrat and more then 4000 participants from different colleges participants in it. College have best collection of books which we all needed and with best sheeting arengements. Sports facilities is worst in college you can't expect anything related to sports from college expect College Sports week conducted every year in winters. College have many social groups such as NSS, NCC naval wing, Youth Brigade, coders for electronics, code chef, etc.
