Beyond expectation.

Only one remark about our college infrastructure is that it is conjusted compared to other colleges our campus is not wide enough and our college is very strict as per as students attendance is concerned student with less then 75% attendance is not allowed to write the exam.

I wrote Common Entrance Examination Karnataka(KCET) and secured 6187th rank.My intension was to get into the Finest Engg. College.Lucky I got seat in one of the best colleges in Karnataka. since I studied Electronics in my p.u. I wanted to continue in that field itself, so I took Electricals and Electronics Engineering.(Thought of opting E&C but I hated communication part so went for plan B).

There are wide varieties of electives offered in our college each sem starting from 5th semi.for example in our department different electives are VHDL, Electrical Instrumentation, Programmable Logic Controller, HVDC power Transmission, Micro Electro Mechanical systems, Computer Control Of Electrical Drives, FACTS, Artificial Neural Networks, Embedded Systems, VLSI, Electrical Power Utilization, Modern Power System Protections etc.

College allows to do internship with various companies. As per as stipend is concerned CS and IS department students get this benefit. Those who got selected in Infosys especially from CS and IS students can do their internship in that company for couple of months( not for free).

Placement reflects our colleges' dignity. More then 50 companies visit our campus. Infosys has a recorded intake of 330+ from our college itself. Highest package is about 6 lakh p.a. by reputed company 'ORACLE'.

There are two main events conducted in our college. One is Technical Event called ' TECHNIDARSHAN' which a national level technical event conducted for 3 days other one is Cultural Event called 'ANANDOTSAVA' . Its also a 3 days event.

If you are through merit then its around 50-55 thousands per year. And through management it varies from branch to branch. At present our branch's fee for management students is around 1.5 lakh per year.

Yes. But those are for people whose family income is less then 3.5 lakh. Even scholarship is available for minorities too.

I can't explain my college life in words. Though my college is far from city we had lot of fun on and around the campus. During cultural events we used to enjoy in our college that to late night. But still there were no sexual harassment reported till now.

I'm a day scholar so don't know much about it. But from our friends opinion it good they have 24x7 electricity, WiFi enabled hostel, good quality food, cleanliness etc.

Because in our college raging is strictly prohibited. So all seniors were good to me. And there is a hobby project exhibition event called 'ELIXIR' where our alumni helped us through providing cashes.

This is a kind of perspective question which varies from person to person. If you study well then Exam structure looks good.

They are more like friends.Most of them are PhD. Holders and many are pesuing it. Rather then old form of teaching(board work) they use ppt presentation which makes the subject most interesting and understandable too.
