Remarks

The overall college admission process is easy. The first student needs to get registered for the CLAT entrance exam. On basis of CLAT rank and marks, students get shortlisted for final admission by the college. College provides reservation benefits on basis of university rules and regulations. Application forms are available on official website of GGSIPU.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum has a total of 10 semesters and all semesters are designed in a way that students get good knowledge about law and get ready for industry also. Faculty members are highly qualified in their respective subjects. Most faculty are female teachers and they are very kind towards every student. Term exams are conducted every six months which is called semester exam also. The passing marks are only 40% so to get passing marks is not difficult but if you are looking to get higher marks then it's quite difficult. Only two students from our batch get more than 80% marks in the term exam.

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fees for BA-LLB course for 5 years is around 360000 which comes to around 72000 per year. FIMT charges fees higher than some others because they have very good infrastructure. For financial assistance, the college has tie up with some private bank which provides study loan facilities at a nominal rate of interest.

Campus Life

The college has an NSS and NCC group which is very active and provides lots of opportunities to learn many things. There is no website of social groups which are run by students, yes there is website but these are managed by college management. The library has a very good collection of books related to law courses.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel room has proper ventilation and attach bathroom. Every room is fully furnished. There is a TV in the common room. Few rooms have AC also but the charge for an AC room is very high. Every room has a comfortable bed and study table with a table lamp. Overall meal quality is good. Morning breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, tea and dinner are provided every day.

VIPS is best IPU college!

Placement Experience:

Corporate and corporate firms and litigation and criminal firms which operates in Delhi are the ones which comes for recruitment. The only Law College of IP University that has such law placements as otherwise no other IPU affiliated colleges has placements like ours.

VIPS has the best law school in Delhi!

Placement Experience:

Corporate Law is slim at VIPA and so instead of inviting companies they invite law firms. So, law firms are were most students of VIPS Law School get placements at. Highest Package have been around 10 LPA and mostly the average of law placements at VIPS is around 4-6 lakhs yearly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course provides many benefits and the college has a good reputation and the field itself has many benefits including the library and the book bank services. VIPS Delhi is best for learning!

Placement Experience:

Good placements and this is really important as our college is one of the recognised college as well. Placements cell does the majority of the work to ensure that students or rather maximum students are placed from our campus. Placements of other IPU colleges are buried but not ours. 4-6 lakhs packages are a mix here.

Placement Experience:

Batch size for BBA LLB is of 300 so, I think out of 300 that pass out every year around 100 or more placed from campus. For a law school other than National Law Universities this is a figure which is quite fair.

At VIPS because we are provided proper intenrships form 3rd year and most students impress the lawyers or the law firms and grabs intenrships through that. Around every year because 400-500 students pass form our college, half of them walk away with jobs in hand.

The law department's faculty members are highly qualified, and their teaching methods are commendable. They are extremely hardworking, and they go out of their way to give us a lot of exposure by taking us to the supreme court, high court, Dwarka district court, parliament, and other places. They frequently have several sessions with honorable justices from various courts. Our teachers put in a lot of effort and try their hardest to keep our standards to NLUs when it comes to organizing MUNS to national moot court competition.

I Gave CUET, CLAT, and aimed for DU colleges but couldn't get past it. Admissions were already done in the IPU but spot rounds got me cleared for the college.
