Remarks
EAMCET exam is mandatory and u should clear it to get a seat l. The cutoff me be varying but during my time I secured 26,000 ranks and got a seat in the IT department. After getting the seat u should approach the college, fill out the joining application and submit the required documents. You also need to pay a joining fee which in my case was 6000rs.
Course Curriculum Overview
MJCET is a really good college. I chose IT because I wanted to become a software engineer. The faculty in the college are easy to approach and friendly. If you didn't understand a specific topic or have doubts they will be happy to clear it. We have two class internals for each subject and the average of both will be considered as the final marks.
Internships Opportunities
Companies like Servicenow, Delloite, Zomato provide internships for the students. They also pay a good stipend to the students. The internship period is around 3 months. There are no restrictions like a specific year to do an internship.
Placement Experience
In MJCET we have lots of placements opportunities. Companies like Service now, Delloite, zomato, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini, etc hire students from our college. For a student to be eligible for the placement drive he/she should have an academic percentage greater than 67%.
Fees and Financial Aid
If you get a free seat then you don't have to pay anything except the exam fees which will be around 2300-2500rs for each semester and the OU fee which is around 2000-2300rs every semester. If you are a management student then u have to clear all the fees before the exams.
Campus Life
MJCET promotes extracurricular activities. For every sports category, we have a team and the team consists of mainly 3rd and 4th-year students. We have an annual fest adhophos in which every student participates. We have a big library and it has all the books like journals, magazines, comics, academic, etc.
