Remarks

The admission procedure is easy and simple. The required percentage to get admission is minimum 65%. For my admission just after the results were out i went into the college website and registered myself for the admission through online application form and by submitting the required documents like results etc. Within 3 weeks the merit list was out in the college website and the students mentioned in the list were asked pay the admission fees. Further the college called me for my document verification and after the successful verification procedure the admission is done.

I choose this course to make myself ready for the corporate and banking sector and achieve what i want in future. I want to be a chartered accountant in future and this course will help me in doing so. The faculty members are amazing and very much helpful. Their way of teaching is very much easy and they make every problem easy to solve. The faculty is highly qualified. Each of them are C.A or C.S qualified. The exams happen semester wise and the exams are not at all easy to pass. Daily study and practice is required to score well.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is high as the college provides many facilities. The fees is around 45-50000 per semester. It varies from course to course. As the college is private it doesn't have much financial assistance. Till now i didn't got any job but i going appear for an interview in few months. The college placement cell is very much active.

Campus Life

The campus like is amazing here as compared to other colleges. The college has a sports complex where students can play variety of games such basketball, volleyball, carrom , chess and many more. A.C is installed in the whole campus. Almost 3-4 A.Cs are installed in each and every class. The library is huge in size with ample amount of books to read in a good atmosphere. The college conducts Freshers party during the months of July for new students and annual fest called 'Umang' during the month of December or January. Other than that different kinds of sports events were also organised for athletes as well as for gamers.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. The exams were conducted very soon in few semester only giving 3 months for the students to prepare . the professors were good at teaching and somehow used to complete the syllabus

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.

I applied to scottish church, jaipuria college and goenka college of commerce Got confirmed from the first two but bhawanipur had the best discipline , teacherd and a smooth easy process and the best campus.it has a ragging free enviroment which is best for me . I applied only for besc and I entered I didn't use quota admission Minimum masks for entry be 65% in best of 4 for evening batch whereas 85% for morning batch (can be changed on the points of performance and talents) there is no age limit for entry The admission process was easy i.e fill out admission form online check name on the admission list released pay the admission fee + yearly fees submission of form in college health check up in college collect your Identification card and you are enrolled in bhawanipur education society college...Read More
