Anyone who wants to Learn mechanical engineering is eligible for the course. There are no specific criteria. Here, it doesn't matter how much you scored in Boards you can join and scale up. The application form is also very easy to find you can personally visit the university administration building or you can visit the university site and apply online. About reservation benefits, if you belong to 27 Patel village who established the university you will get a scholarship but this doesn't mean those who don't belong to the 27 Patel village won't get any scholarships. Students can also get scholarships like MYSY and TFWS also students who scored highest in the semester examination will get rewarded.

From a very early age, my keen interest was in IT and mechanical engineering can combining both to develop amazing things coming to charusat for mechanical engineering didn't stop me from learning IT field. Here, faculty student ratio is about 15:1 and all the faculty are highly qualified in their field. Teaching methods are amazing, if you didn't understand in the first time you and ask as much as time you want, you can also visit faculties cabin personally and discuss you doubts and problems you are facing. Talking about term examination it's a bit tough but if you have paid attention in lectures you can score above 7.5 CGPA.

Generally, roles offered by companies under an internship is Jr. Design engineer in mechanical engineering and striped is around 10k to 20k. There are many projects you can work on some are under university and some under the company.

From mid of 6th semester students are eligible for placement activities. Highest package so far is around 13 LPA by byjus offered in IT branch. The percentage of students getting placement is around 100% in IT, CE and CSE where as in core field most of students opt for further studies therefore percentage in core field is less 50%.

In recent times of COVID-19, when other colleges' fees were hiking charusat fees didn't, moreover, the university allowed students to pay fees later if it's not possible for them to pay in the same semester. Recently to help students who are not getting any scholarship, the university started a program named UGSF (undergraduate student fellowship) under which students will assist faculties in there work under them and student will earn some money from the university.

There are 2 main fest in university namely Cognizance (in the month of September) and spoural (in the month of February). University have dedicated library for each department and field where you can find almost every book you want and issue 5 books at a time. Classrooms are smart classrooms equipped with everything you want to study Efficienctly. There are alot of groups and clubs for the students example robotics club, space research Center, electronic vehicle club, etc.
