quite happy after taking admission in iit delhi

if you want to get into IIT, then you should be 12th passed then first clear jee mains and qualify for jee advanced examination and then according to your category you will get this department. you can fill the form for jee mains on the nta site and for jee adv you can see on jeeadv.ac.in . if you are among the reserved category then you will have some benefits from it.

from school days I was interested in mathematics and also in coding. mathematics and computing branch involves both mathematics and coding so I am happy after getting it. for every single subject/course there is a professor and many assistant professors and many teaching assistants who will help you in solving your doubts whenever you have some trouble in it or if you missed and did not get something during lectures then they are there to help you. no doubt faculty have very good knowledge in their own field. if you are with them I mean you are attending all lectures and solving all assignments which you have provided with. then the exam is not a big thing for you, you will get good marks and good grades.

during the internship you will get ideas of working with a team. or you will have a great experience and with these, you will be paid by companies. department rank1 rank2 students get 2 lakh per month. other gets average like 60-70 thousand some 30-50 thousand. depending on companies. cgpa is the first criterion for selection if you are good at your academics then there is a 100 percent chance that you will get a good stipend in an internship.

I think you already know about placement in iits. many big companies hire students from iits. almost 100 percent who sit in placement hired companies in different profiles like software engineers, data scientists, business analysts, marketing. the highest package was around 2cr, in December 2021 approx 60 students got 1cr+ package and in these 22 are hired by graviton company in Gurgaon and ctc was 1.2 cr.

fee structure of iits are mapped in a very nice way. if you belong to a family of income less than 1 lac then you don't have to pay any tuition fee. and if less than 5 lakh then 33 percent of tuition fee. and all other charges like hostel and mess and some other charges are same for everyone. 30 thousand for mess and 12500 for hostel and other charges per semester. if you are paying the whole amount then you will get a full scholarship from the government via NSP. and others don't pay any tuition fee they get some 15-16 thousand amount per year.

Now rendezvous is coming. I am on campus and enjoying it here. many events happen and you will enjoy yourself a lot here. all books which you need in the course you can book from the library. you can study the whole night there. everything is fine. The classrooms are very well designed. looks like a king house. if you are interested in sports then you can join your club. as per your interest. if you want to play then play otherwise if want to do other things then no one is forcing here you to play. all clubs are run by a 3rd-year student. if you need something then you can ask him for that.

hostel rooms are also nice, depending on in which year you are, you will have a room partner till 3rd year and in 4th year you will have a separate room. a good room with good light and fans and in summer you can use a cooler and in winter heater. mess food quality is very nice. you cant get such quality in any hostel. they provide us with the best quality. at the time of admission, you will be allotted a hostel randomly.
