Eligibility for the course is minimum 60% in 12th. Application form and details can be easily found at college website: http://ecajmer.ac.in As college take admission through REAP so further details like application fee can be checked there. Yes there are reservation benefits, seats are reserved for categories according to reservation policy, girls also has reservation in every branch. No admission process is pretty systemetic and it's well managed.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because of my own interest in this field and also my college's placement in my course is pretty good if you are disciplined and skilled well. The faculty-student ratio is 10:1 but it is not fixed as my college also availed some guest faculties for many courses and subjects, so it's always a good in ratio. The minimum qualification for every teacher whether it is a guest faculty is having a master's degree, and the teaching method is very excellent and I am happy to be here. Exams are semester based but every semester there are two mid-terms held as per university.
Internships Opportunities
Under internship, students get roles as a developer and also got pre-placement offers through various companies. Our college students are working on many projects under the guidance of related faculty. My college students are also working on the E-learning App of GOR.
Placement Experience
In 7th sem. Students are eligible for campus placement. There is a list of companies that visit every year on campus, some of them are TCS, WIPRO, CAPGEMINI, METACUBE, INFOSYS, CELEBAL, ACCENTURE, SOPRA STERIA, etc and all companies offers attractive packages for eligible students. Last year total of 194 students was placed through college placements. In my branch above 50% of students are placed every year. My plan after doing B. Tech. is going for higher studies.
Fees and Financial Aid
The semester fee for 1st semester is 36700 rs. including admission fee. and after it fees for all next semester is either 32700rs. or 31700 rs. so as an estimate total cost of study for 4 years of B. Tech. is around 2,60,000+ but excluding this, there are no any hidden charges. As I have not got any scholarships, many of my friends are getting scholarships every year.
Campus Life
As of now, I have not seen any annual fest or tech fest in college but I have heard that before the crisis it was held every year. Hope it will be resumed soon. There are almost 70000+ total books, magazines, and journals available in the library, also there are 5-6 types of newspapers are also available there daily. Classrooms are equipped with ac and smartboard fully neat and clean. As I have seen there are inter-college cricket competitions among branches are being held, also students use to play volleyball in campus in their free time. There are various active clubs run by students some of them are cyber security club, environment awareness club, etc. As there are blog pages made by students to help students etc.
