There is no ragging. Still in my opinion they can revise the fees structure to reduce the fees.

Exam: TANCET, Marks: 29.75, I did my UG as well as PG in my St. Xavier's College, Palayamkottai i like the college environment and the talents of the staffs very much. I really like all the extra curricular activities and also i got lot of good friends.

We enjoyed the studies, In every semester we need to select one subject which in nor relevant to our major. So we studied other departments stuffs also.

I got internship in my third year with a good stipend. Stipend in confidential. I got it from a Chennai company which is a multi national company. I got good stipend and now i got confirmation with good package.

Around 7 companies came for campus interview. All are very good MNC companies like HCL, Zyntel, Wipro, TATA etc. Lot of students got job from these companies.

In out college every year we will conduct inter-departmental competitions. All the students from the various departments will participate in the 20+ events to collect points and to get first place for their department. And also we will celebrate all the events and functions like Christmas, Diwali, Pongal, Ramzam, etc.

Fees structure is Feasible for Aided courses, And somewhat expensive for self-financing courses. Typically we have two shifts. Morning shift is for aided courses and afternoon shift is for self-financing.

Yes, for the students who are not able to give fees, they will get some discounts on their fees with some grace periods, some staffs will sponsor the students. From every student college will collect 1 Rupee per day, and they will use that money to help the students.

I enjoyed a lot of extracurricular activities inside my college campus. Every year we will conduct sports day and all the students must participate in a event. Department wise competition will be conducted. Lab structure is really good. In our department we will conduct debates to increase our English fluency and seminars to overcome our stage fear.

I am a day-scholar student. So i don't know very about hostel. But based on my friends statements the hostel structure and food is good. and fees is also managable.

Yes, we got help and advice from our seniors during our final year. We got help in getting jobs or internship from our seniors. They will frequently visit our college and department and share their experience with us.

For each semester we will have 2 internals and one final semester. They will consolidate the the internal marks to 80, 20 marks will be awarded by the subject teacher, then it will be converted to 50. Then we will write semester to 100, again that will converted to 50. So totally internal+sem=final marks for 100.

Faculties are very talented and experienced. They will spare their their time for us at any time, so we can able to reach them when we need. And also all are very encourage-able, they will specially take care of the week students.
