Remarks

When we are talking about the best engineering college in India no list can be completed without the name of NIT Delhi. NIT Delhi is one of the top-ranking institutes of India and NITs colleges are very good for the CSE program as their coding culture is very popular all over India. I also opted for CSE program through NIT Delhi. The seat was allotted through the JOSAA counselling.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum of the college is very good. The curriculum of the college follows all kinds of latest industrial developments. The curriculum is designed in a way that all types of the latest coding techniques are made available to us. The faculty of the college is also very cooperative and professional. If we are unable to understand anything in the class we can approach the faculty any time to clear our doubts and the faculty also help USD to make the concept clear. The faculty also guides us during the placement drive.

Internships Opportunities

The college has a very good internship program. We have to take part in the college internship program at the end of the second year and have to complete at least 9 weeks of internship. The internships area is also paid and the average internship stipend is around 36k.

Placement Experience

The college placement is good. The college is popular for its placement packages. The college placement committee is very good and the members of the committee are highly experienced and they have very good industrial exposure so with their experience the college is able to invite more than 82+ companies for the college placement drive. The highest placement offer of the college is around 32 LPA and the average salary offer is around 10 LPA.

The college has many scholarship schemes too like ISHAN UDAY- Special Scholarship Scheme for North Eastern Region, National Scholarship for Higher Education for ST, Post Matric Scholarship for Disables, Merit-cum-Means Scholarships for Professional and Technical Courses, National Fellowship and Scholarship for Higher Education for ST, etc there are many more such scholarship schemes and to know more about such scholarship and their, eligibility you can visit the college campus or the college website.

Campus Life

College life is very good. The college infra is well designed. The college classrooms are modern. The classroom is fitted with digital boards and AC. The college campus has a WiFi facility. The college library is the house of one of the best book collections. Many academics and non-academic books are available with international research journals which help us a lot. The college also has a sports facility. The college campus is kept clean and every well designed.

Hostel Facilities

At the price point of 10000, the facilities that we are getting in the hostel is very good. The hostel rooms are very nicely designed and fully furnished. The hostel staff is very nice and cooperative. The mess food is cooked in a clean environment. The hostel provides us with 24 hours of water and power supply. The hostel security is also good. The hostel has all kinds of basic facilities.

From 6th-7th semester students become eligible for campus placement The placement process starts in July August of the 4th year and continues until March pril Students can apply for internships from the 3rd year, and many companies offer PPO (Pre-Placement Offers) based on internships Some of the top recruiters include Google Microsoft Amazon Adobe Atlassian Apple Deloitte Goldman Sachs Samsung Salesforce Bain & Company Flipkart Myntra (I copy pasted this from college official pdf and from website) Highest is 85+ lpa i guess according to dtu website and some seniors also told me that Overall average package is 15-18 LPA for btech Common roles offered include Software Development Engineer (SDE) Data Scientist -Data Analyst Product Engineer Business Analyst My plans after getting degree is --getting a core placement in oil refinery or oil rig

Descriptive Review of MAIT.

Placement Experience:

The placements of MAIT are decent as compared to market conditions. But the data shown on website or availble at various platforms is not the reality. The mass chunk of students who get a job are placed under and around 6LPA package.

Placement Experience:

The eligible students get placements, from 4tg year first semester onwards placements will start, companies like Accenture, tcs, infotech, wipro will attend. I think atleast 7GPA is min required for college placements

Life of a college student

Course Curriculum Overview:

When it comes to curriculum everything us fine accept 1st year curriculum.My branch is ece in 1st year i have to study chemistry and physics which is no use for anybody in future it is just waste of time pretty outdated.For 2,3 and 4th year curriculum is far better than what it is in 1st year. Odd semester starts form August and after 2 month we have to give midsem exam.1 month after midsem we have to give endsem.There is very short time period between midsem and endsem examinations.Even semester starts form January everything is same as that of odd semester.

Delhi Technological University: A place for overall development

Placement Experience:

College placements are amazing. Right now the recession is there otherwise the average package of Computer Software and IT branch is as high as 21LPA and overall average package of the college goes as high as 14LPA

igdtuw is a good college with best placement

Placement Experience:

placement in igdtu is as good as dtu and nsut , many companies visit our campus every year like google, amazon, microsoft, adobe, vipro, uber, ola, atlassian etc. the highest package in 2023 was of 51 LPA by microsoft and average package is around 20 LPA

DTU PROS AND CONS

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in DTU. Usually a student is eligible to sit in placements from 4th year. Last year 325+ companies visited the campus like google, abode, Amazon, Microsoft, zomato, samsung, maruti suzuki,etc. They all have made 2050+ offers. The highest domestic package was offered by Atlanssian of 82.05LPA. The overall average package was 16.71LPA. The average package of my branch (Production and Industrial Engineering) was 12.34LPA. And in tech branches like CSE, IT it was around 24-25 LPA. Almost everyone is allowed to sit for placements. In PIE branch around 60-65% of student got placed in on campus.

NIT Delhi: A Balanced Blend of Academics, Opportunities, and Campus Life

I decided to go to NIT Delhi mainly for its prestige, NIT status, the variety of branches and the surrounding area of Delhi NCR that is more open to exposure and internships. Apart from that, I had also filled out the application forms of NIT Srinagar, IIIT Una, and DTU Delhi. I was given the go-ahead to take Mechanical at NIT Srinagar and the branch of IT at IIIT Una, but I still voted for NIT Delhi because of the strong preference of the branch, better placements, and that it is not far away from my house. I was unable to access the top NITs like Trichy or Surathkal because my JEE Main rank was a little under their cutoff points. Admission at NIT Delhi is through JEE Main and JoSAA counselling. The steps include document verification and fee submission. Nit delhi student review

I have taken admission in my college through JoSAA. There is no rejection in JoSAA; if a college is not allotted, it simply means the seat was not allocated in JoSAA counselling, but it can still be allotted in CSAB counselling.
