My college experience

The college management was good. College will provide bus facility from hostel and kakinada surroundings. The college needs to improve in campus placements.

EAMCET, I have scored 47 out of 80. I had chosen because it was very near to my village and heard fro m friends like good college with campus placements. My dream was to join in a TCS and TCS is used to come every year to KIET.

I took computer science engineering group. It was a four years course. First year one semester and remaining 3 years 2 semesters per year. Faculty will guide you through course and you have to concentrate on studies to gain good marks in every semester. The JNTUK paper will be little bit tough.

No companies will come college to offer internships for students. There is no chance of excepting stipend from companies as no companies will to college. In our college students used to internships in out side companies. The college will not suggest any companies for doing internship.

It is very easy to place in company who was having good percentage of marks in all semesters. For average students it was difficult to place in a company. Recently college has good improments in number of companies coming to college. When i was studying Only TCS came to our college.

KIET we can except lot of cultural events. It was good college for cultural events. When i was studying shekar kammula came to our college for KIET fest programme. We enjoyed alot and also they will conduct so many cultural events.

The fee was feasible. It was as per JNTUK kakinada. If get seat through Eamcet it would be normal But if u want join as management it would be 1 lakh above.

No idea about loan facility by college. I think our college will not offer any loan facility for students. The college will provide scholarship to backward caste people. I am not sure about this information.

My campus life was awesome. We had bunch of extracurricular activities including sports like cricket tournament, volleyball, basket ball and many more. We had quiz competitions and debate programs in classrosoms.

The best experience was freshers party. we enjoyed alot in freshers party. When we were in third year we gave farewell party to seniors. In every college life we will get good friends.

The college was affiliated by JNTUk kakinada. So exam structure was same JNTUK kakinada. We used to have internal exams and external exams. Internal exams for 20 marks and external exams for 80 marks.
