IITH and it's things

The entrance exams JEE Main and JEE advanced are required to get qualified and enter into NIT/IITs. The admission process was done through the JOSAA portal. The application form, fees, and dates are well provided on the NTA website.

I chose EE cause I am interested in it and it's trending too. The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:14 which is very beneficial and the highest ratio among all other IITs. The faculty members are second to none in their qualifications and teaching skills. The term exams were done segment-wise and you will get a plenty amount of time to revise. It isn't difficult to pass. Anyone could easily pass the exams if he/she puts the right amount of brain skills into the subject.

MnC and large companies like Microsoft, Amazon, HP offer internships to those students who are good at subjects. Stipend has a range of starting from 20000 to 2 lakh rupees per month for summer internships. The internships offered could be for summer or done for the full semester.

From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Many MnC and large companies visit too. For example, Google, Microsoft, Amazon. The highest package offered last yr is 61.5 LPA. More than 650 students and 210 companies had registered for the placements during the last yr. IITH has jumped to 100% in placements last year. I plan to go for higher studies after getting the degree as it provides me the opportunity to learn much more about the subject that I am interested in.

There exists scholarships like Google scholarship. If we apply for them and perform well then there may be a chance of receiving some financial assistance. Especially for people studying in IITs, there exists a scholarship named Panasonic Rattri.

The fests that are conducted every year in IITH are Mila, Elan, and NVision. You can show yourself any kind of talent there. It is a golden opportunity to showcase your talent. Sports and extracurricular activites go hand in hand with acads. There are cricket grounds, basketball grounds, Badminton courts, a Swimming pool, etc in IITH. The library is one of the largest and any kind of books can be found there. Some of the clubs that are run by students here are Cepheid[ The Astronomy], Prakriti[The Nature Club], Infero[Programming related], RangDeManch[the drama club], and so on. There are plenty of clubs in here and you can definitely find the club that you are interested in.

The ventilation and hygiene are pretty good here. There is no complicated registration process for Hostel. The meal quality is totally great in IITH. You will even get salad every day. The food is nutritious and healthy. The hostel rooms are clean and spacious as well.
