Remarks

The admission process has got changed in recent times. I have taken admitted in 2013 so at that time admission was through IPU CET but nowadays admission is based on CLAT and 12th board marks. I am from the general category so I have not availed of any reservation benefits. Application dates are updated on the college website on regular basis.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I find it interesting from school time and I wanted to make a career in it. College offers BA-LLB and BBA-LLB both but I choose BBA-LLB because at the same time I want to learn about company law and company management also. Term exams are always conducted every 6 months as per the rule of IP University. Term exam is moderately difficult. Around 95% of students from our course get a pass in term exam.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 68000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The college has a placement and internship cell which is active so that every student get internship opportunities. It's mandatory for every student to do an internship after the 4th semester. It is free of cost to apply for an internship but there are some challenges in getting an internship like no one ready to hire a fresher. Every student get an internship from our batch but it was without any stipend.

Fees and Financial Aid

My fees package for the 5-year course was around 350000 but there was some increment. It's not fixed fees for every year. Fees of every IPU college get changed every year. Yes, rank holders of every batch get cash prizes every year. I found that the fees structure of our college is quite affordable as compared to other colleges.

Campus Life

There are many societies in our college and all societies are connected through email id and WhatsApp groups. These social groups are mainly active in dance, singing, photography, videography etc. There are annual sports days celebrated every year in college. The library has well stock books and they provide books for the home study also.

Delhi University bringing a diverse opportunity.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Being very passionate about law it brought me closer towards the subjects i thought I'd never like. It's vast curriculum has made me like a lot of subjects and has also given me a real life applications and further academic achievement however I feel like the curriculum should focus on law subjects from the very beginning and teaching could be improved by further interactive session between students and faculty.

Decent college for five year law

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is good for the real world applications as the course teaches us about the practical work. They can improve their course by adding more moot court practices during the semester and by giving the students the opportunity to practically utilise the bookish knowledge they are gaining.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very much practical knowledge based and helps the students to grow there legal reasoning which helps them to prosper in the profession. Also it helps them to read and correlate the real time judgements being passed, this curriculum prepares the students to understand the reasoning behind the judgements. Though the curriculum is practical knowledge based it still requires many improvements as these case are old and some of them are even overruled, also the we have to write very long answers which needs to be changed as new methods like ooen text book exams can be adopted to improving.

Placement Experience:

After 2 years of integrated courses, you can become eligible for a job. In law, there is no company, but if you have good communication skills, you will be placed in one of the high courts or supreme courts under a senior lawyer. I don't know much about packages. My plan was to go to Oxford University for further studies.

I Gave CUET, CLAT, and aimed for DU colleges but couldn't get past it. Admissions were already done in the IPU but spot rounds got me cleared for the college. I gave jee mains and cuet.. so by cuet I got admission in du in a b.sc course but I also filled the ipu form...then because of my uncle said b.tech is much better than b.sc but I didn't get seat in any of ipu because of my rank..my rank was around 7 lakh I go for offline counselling of ggsipu in that I got selected in FIMT for b.tech CSE ...
