IIIT Hyderabad Review

I was interested in the CSE program and IIIT Hyderabad best suited my requirements because the college is known for its coding culture and B.Tech CSE is the flagship[ course of the college and very few colleges are there in India that offer CSE as flagship course this reason was enough for me to opt for the college. After qualifying JEE I appeared for the JOSAA counselling and my mindset was clear from the start of the JOSAA counseling that I wanted to opt for IIIT Hyderabad and the good point was that I secured the seat for the college.

The college has a very good coding environment the best part of what I liked about the college curriculum was it was fully focused and we were made aware of all the techniques and concepts of the coding and computer algorithms. The faculty of the college is highly trained and expert in their respective field, especially the coding ones. The faculty was quite cooperative and they work as mentors for us to clearly teach us the coding and help us to understand the basics and impact of the coding language.

The internship is a very good opportunity to test our skills and to implement our coding techniques in the professional world. The internship is compulsory to complete if we want to attend the college placement drive. for attending the internship program we have to maintain a good academic record plus a good class percentage.

The college has a very good placement record. The college maintains a record of 90-95% placement record. The college provides very good placement for CSE and is the best in the competition. The highest salary offer was made around 45 LPA and the average salary offer was made around 18 LPA which is a very attractive salary offer. The college placement standards are not only high but the college provides placement in very good companies which open the door to good professional opportunity.

The college does not have any individual scholarship schemes but the college offers financial support and an education loan facility from SBI bank of India through the help of SBI one can avail the education loan of up to 20 lakh without any collateral and financial support is provided on a merit basis.

The college has many facilities and the college life is like typical normal college life but the college organizes many competitions on regular basis. The college classrooms are modern and spacious. The college library has various books of different domains and topics plus the books in the library also are available in e-book format. The college cafeteria is very good there are four cafeterias in the college all these cafeterias only serve vegetarian food and they promote healthy eating. Badminton Court, Basketball Court, Cricket Ground, Football Ground, Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Volleyball Ground, Throw ball Ground, Hockey Ground. The computers labs are highly modern and all kinds of software are available on the computers plus we have 24 hours of access in the computer labs.

If we are opting for IIIT Hyderabad staying in the hostel is compulsory. The college offers a very good hostel facility. The food in the hostel mess is vegetarian and healthy. The hostel maintains the cleanliness very nicely. The hostel management properly takes off the hostel hygiene. The security is very good and 24 hours available.
