Entrance Preview

IIT JEE: scored 133. I had always wanted to pursue either in the field of Mechanical or Civil. I have always wanted to get in automobile stuffs rather than on sitting in front of computers or electric circuits

Course Curriculum Overview

4

It was good indeed. Very knowledgeable. Not very useful until staffs pour out their entire knowledge, on which topic they really have power of, on taking for implants arranging tours would help better.

Internships Opportunities

None from my college. College only tells us to do internships. They really never help us on where or how to get one. Nor they do take us out for industrial visits very often. Nor they conduct any reliable and source oriented on programs. Seminars never help. Trust me

Placement Experience

3.5

Good for the past couple of years. The job is assured for those students who have a good CGPA. Not so many companies come to college for the campus interviews. Very fee handful of them.

College Events

1

Only symposiums are conducted. Three of them. From Mechanical, Automobile and Computer Science. The events that take place are somewhere close to 10 in an entire year. That includes some professor coming to college, wasting their time and our time on seminars that aren't much helpful.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Expensive than other colleges. They collect heavy sum of money from every student despite they're a merit or a management student. Its unreasonable for a student coming from a middle-class family background.

Fees and Financial Aid

Availed only to merit and a handful amount of money. Not enough to cover the tuition fee. They don't encourage much on scholarships promotion. Instead they charge penalties for inappropriate things like missing ID cards, or not in a proper dress code or using cell phones.

Campus Life

3.5

No extra curricular activities for God's sake. Only a cultural day that too within college students with plenty of stupid rules. I am proud to say one thing about my college is that they have a good debating team for the last five years. Except that, nothing is so good to be highlighted.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The 3 is for bringing up new hostels. Hostels for boys in second and third year has to be changed. Its very dark, small and jam packed. Girls they're constructing a new building. And mess food theyre literally dying every day

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are very kind and helpful. Seniors are always one step in the knowledge of certain topics that we have always wanted to learn about. Alumnus of my college are studying abroad for higher studies. Like I would say 35% which is a good thing actually.

Exam Structure

Actually talking about exam structure, only semester exams are chill. The ones conducted by college are hectic and torturing. Every college I mean. There should be a change in system of education.

Faculty

3

Not every department in every college has good faculties or bad professors. Its based on how they deliver it to students and how they bring the change within the students

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Placement Experience:

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.
