Remarks
Eligibility or BTech in any stream is a minimum 12th qualification. Admission is done via TS EAMCET conducted by JNTUH. Common entrance test dates and information is provided by the respective committee by the respective website. The application fee is nearly 1000INR.
Course Curriculum Overview
I'm very much interested in signal processing like communication engineering, hence I opted for ECE. The minimum qualification for faculty is a master's and the maximum is PhD in their respective field of study. Teaching is absolutely conceptual and industry oriented. Exams are semester wise and can be passed if the student has enough conceptual understanding.
Placement Experience
From 3yr of the course, students are eligible for placements. College also provides paid Campus Recruitment training for students from the 4th semester onwards. Many top companies like Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, TCS, MAQ Software, Mentor Graphics, AWS etc come here and offers good job roles for students. The highest and average package offered is 26.7 lakhs per annum and 5 to 6 To lakhs per annum respectively.
Fees and Financial Aid
The annual fee per year is 90000INR. But if a student got admission via TS EAMCET, then he/she would avail of fee reimbursement of 35000INR from the state government. Scholarship applications are accepted online through TS ePASS website.
Campus Life
Events, fests are often in our college and is now terminated due to pandemic. The College library is always with a good pile of stock of books for students and faculty as well. National and international journals along with magazines are available. Every laboratory is enabled with WI-Fi and required equipment. Clubs like dance, music, arts and drama, social media and AI&ML clubs are volunteer-run by students of CMR IT.
