College have good well stocked library, gymnaism, good computer center and one of the best sporting systems in chennai. the cricket stadium is marvelous and is well maintained by our Indian fielding coach Robim singh. Many of the great cricketers have orginated from Viveka, like Kris Srikhant, balaji, M.vijay and many more.

I did not took any entrance exam.

The Placements opportunities are extreme in Vivekananda Coll. The minimum salary of 1.2 lakh p.a to 3 lakh p.a. was offered when I was there. I must thank vivekananda college as Im working in Hewlett Packard thru campus placement and I would not have even think about it if didnt study there. In my time, I have seen companies Deloitte, Dell, E&Y, HP, TCS, KONE, Fidelity, Officetiger etc. Every year close to around 50 compamies visit the campus for recruitment, like ernst & young, Delloit, HP, Dell, Accenture and many good ones.

Overall my college was good for everything. I had a dream when i entered a college and we got a tears in our eyes when we left the college STILL. We are missing our college a lot. Still now when i met any higher officials, they always use to praise my college. My college had got a great name from all standards of people. Each and everyday we had a great enjoyment their. We have lots of memorable movement in college days. My college gave me a good friends, my college me a good Professors, My college taught a good discipline. If i had a younger Brother means i used to give my first and only reference.

Seniors are to much good commutative, co-operative, friendly and helpful. Frank to speak. Arrange many programe for enjoy too much unity of the union. The seniors are made for ours gymnasm, auditorium, park, canteen, smart class etc.

Except I observed that some of the faculties are biased towards some people. Some of the students were continuously used to fail because of internal marks and External Lab exams even though they sere getting the output. This caused black dot on student future.
