Remarks
Eligibility percentage is 50%, with 50% we can get admission in the college. And with the help of VTUEEE also we can get admission in the college, there is an application form in the college website, which you can fill to get the registeration. The registration fees is 1000 rupees. No no improvement is needed in the admission process.
Course Curriculum Overview
Biotechnology I have applied because I think this is the best course as it's mixed with environment and technology. Faculty in our department is approx 20 and student is about 100 to 150 approx. Every faculty is completed their POST graduation and their teaching method is efficient. With the help of ppt and video lectures, they explain each concept efficiently. In a year 2-semester exams are conducted and they are easy to pass.
Internships Opportunities
I am in the final year of my BTech and currently, I am doing a project, on emotion based music detection, as I have not applied for an internship. But yes company like Nokia is coming to give the best internship opportunities, IBM too with an average stipend of 10k per month.
Placement Experience
Companies like TCS, Byjus, Capgemini, Tech mahindra unschool etc are coming for placement and the average salary they provide is about 3.6 lakh per annum. From 7th semester all the students are eligible for the placement. Students who scored more than 60% in academics are eligible in all the company, after completing my degree surely I will work in my my field of study.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees for the one year of my course is 2 lakh per annum and yes we can get the scholarship with Mahatma Gandhi scholarship which is provided by the college and yes if we have more than 75% marks in 12th then we can get 50% scholarship.
Campus Life
Yoga day musical contest, Lavazza and other fest are conducted in our college as lavaza is every year conducted in the month of Feb, and different celebrity also comes to celebrate with us. Fans, tables and a projector are provided as amenities in the classroom. Yoga group sports group and the musical group is there which is run by the students.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms are not big but yes it have full amenities joint washroom, cleaners and sweepers are coming everyday to clean rooms. There are different types of room available Ac and Non ac. With the HELP OF HMS portal we can book our hostel room and fees for 2in 1 non AC room is 104000 for a year.
