Remarks
Bundelkhand University takes admission through Merit and Entrance based both but for B.A.(Eng) Honors the student can take direct admission. The eligibility criteria are 10+2 with 50% marks, and 45% marks for Reservations such as SC, ST, etc. The candidate first needs to fill out and submit the application form available on the University's website and after that candidate needs to visit the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Most of the professors are holding master's degrees. The faculty-student ratio is 1:40. The professors provide notes and PPTs to the students. Professors cover most of the important topics in the class and give important questions. The exams are done as per the academic calendar released by the University every year.
Placement Experience
Around 50% of the students get placed in the Placements. Companies like Swiggy, Genpact, HDFC, Axis bank, etc visit the University. Mostly the students from B.Com, B.B.A is selected in the Placements. From the 5th semester, students become eligible to take part in it. The average package offered to the students of BU is INR 4 LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for B.A.(English) Honours is INR 9,000 in a year. The fees are very low as compared to other colleges, and affordable for most of the students. There is no policy of fees hike. The amount of fees in BU is not much, under INR 30,000 a student can complete their graduation in any one specialization of BA Hons. BU also offers scholarships to its student but only to those who qualify the eligibility criteria.
Campus Life
The Bundelkhand University has a big ground, library, labs, the hostels. The classrooms are huge. There are many social groups and clubs in the college, the fest takes place in the university. Sports day is celebrated. Many events are organized by the students. Industrial visits also take place.
