Remarks
I decided to be a member of IIEST Shibpur because I was seeking a university with a good essential part of keeping the placements, and since this University was on my priority list, I was aware of its reputation. A passing score of CAT eligibility was here required for admission and 60% above grades in school. The college is well-known for its high placement rates and quality.
Course Curriculum Overview
The program's distribution is akin to any of the other universities which means it is distributed to the semesters. The main focus of the course was mainly on the development of skills and training as much as possible because of the dynamic syllabus of business. The business environment, Planning, Theory of management and leadership etc. It was a very insightful course and I learned a lot from it.
Placement Experience
The college has a perfect placement record. The college placement committee is knowledgeable and competent in attracting MNCs. During the placement, I was being guided and assisted in a specific situation. The placements record of IIEST Shibpur was the only reason I joined. Our batch's highest package was 26 LPA, while the average package was 17 LPA.
Fee Structure And Facilities
IIEST Shibpur provides several scholarships to undergraduate and graduate, as well as financial assistance to PhD applicants. Tuition fee exemptions were available to us whose household yearly income is less than INR 5 LPA. Candidates could also apply for the scholarship through the National Scholarship Portal. Here my course fee was 212000.
Campus Life
The college's campus life was a kind of enjoyable. Everyone were kept active throughout the year by regular industry trips, contests, and guest lectures. The facilities were contemporary and provide high-speed internet access. On campus, there was synthetic basketball court and a swimming pool and many other facilities.
