Remarks
The admission process in this college is very simple. If you scored extremely good marks in 12th then you can go for direct admission. If your marks are low in intermediate and you want admission in top courses like in CSE then you can go for jee mains. Now, this college takes admission on the basis of jee mains.
Course Curriculum Overview
IMSEC holds the position for education in CSE. Faculty are very experienced and good and supports students as well. But some teachers just complete their duty and enough for them, no support no caring for students. Overall faculty experience is very good for me. Most of the teachers are PhD. In my course, the college conducts exams monthly for internals. Final exams are taken according to the AKTU curriculum.
Placement Experience
90 percent of students got placed in the CSE department. The highest package this year was 46 LPA by Microsoft and a student got placed in Microsoft on this pkg as well. The lowest package was 2.5 LPA. Wipro, Samsung, Accenture are top recruiters. IMSEC also provides MBA studies.
Fees and Financial Aid
IMSEC charges approx 130000 for one year. There is no price hike in the last 3 years. But one thing I tell you that, from 130000, they pressurize students to pay a minimum of 72000 in first semester and rest of the fees in next semester. If you are not able to pay then they will not give you attendance. The scholarship is provided to eligible students.
Campus Life
The infrastructure is good but classrooms are like schools. Practical labs are available. The library is good and peaceful to concentrate on studies. The classrooms are large and contain Air conditioners as well. The college organises events frequently. Overall good campus and social life.
