Remarks
Basically there are two ways to get admission in this college. One of them is that you have to visit the college or you can apply through the college website. Another way is that you have to participate in counselling of aktu, and you can get admission in this college on the basis of your jee ranking.
Course Curriculum Overview
Faculty of my college is very experienced and good. They support you as well. Most of the faculties in my cse department are PHD qualified. College takes the exams monthly and the difficulty level of the exam is medium like you can score good marks by just studying the notes provided by the teachers.
Internships Opportunities
The placement cell provides good internship opportunities to the students as well as college department provides some courses too which are beneficial for the students. Some internships are paid but most of them are unpaid. Students make their projects and compete on a higher level on the behalf of the college.
Placement Experience
The placement of my college is increasing year by year. Students are eligible from the 7th semester for placements. This year almost 90 percent of the students from the cse department got placements. This year's highest package offered was 46 LPA by Microsoft and one student got placement too. The average package of my college is about 3 LPA. Mainly Wipro, IBM, Microsoft, Accenture visits the college for placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
IMSEC charges approx 130000 for the first year. There is a small difference in fees compared to others years as well. There are fee waiver seats too for students. I did not face any fees hike in the last 3 years. Eligible students can also opt for scholarships and get them on time. One thing is that scholarship is provided by the government and there is not any program of the scholarship held by the college.
Campus Life
Campus life is good. There are some restrictions on students too but these all are bearable. The infrastructure of the college is good. The infrastructure of the CSE department is very good as compared to other departments. CSE department classes are well maintained and cleaned. The Library of my college is silent and very huge. Every single book is present in the library that a student wants. The canteen area is good and big. College is not much crowded. The college organizes the fests and events frequently. There are so many clubs in the college run by the students.
