Remarks

The admission process was very simple. there is no entrance exam. eligibility of the admission is passing plus two in the science stream with 50% of the mark. There is no reservations or benefits admission is based on merit. The entrance exam must be done.

Nursing is a vast field. good opportunity abroad and here. I choose this course because of good cash and serving society. All teachers are PhD and above graduated. The facilities are good. The teaching method is easily adaptable.

Class Size: 100Course Fees: INR 227000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

For first-year it cost 227000 .then per year 155000 sum total 676000 for 4 years. College provides financial assistance and loan papers for students. The college must give time for the students to pay fees.

Campus Life

There is SNA and NSS CLUB which working in college very well. There is a nursing week per year in that week there is cultural activities and sports events too. Also, there are monthly cultural programs helding on the campus.

From Classrooms to Clinic : My College Journey

Course Curriculum Overview:

Aspects that made me choose this course : The course has strong clinic focus. It gives early ward postings and lab skill training. The mix of theory and clinical work made me choos it. The course gives hands-on skill in wards and lab. We learn case study, care plan and drug chart. It also improves our critical thinking skills during intervention. Areas to improve : More skill lab time can be added. More demo with new tech will help. More group talk snd case based learn can imrpove study. There are 2 internal exams each sem and one final exam. Exams are fair and needed daily study. They are not very hard if we prepare well.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are available, but they are average and not very high level. The college conducts campus placement for our course, mainly in hospitals and related healthcare sectors. Many students get placed through college, but package is usually basic or entry-level. It is good for starting career and gaining experience.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is covered by theory classes as well as the practical hours, clinical posting time will be change in each semester. As for the exam each year is consist of two semesters, and each semester have two IA exam which coming up of the end semester eaxm. The difficulty of the subjects is based on how each student is will approaching the subject. As my experience of 3 years I felt like that the subjects will be get difficulted in each coming semester. And most of the subject will be having practical exam section which includes the osce section, which helps the students to improve the self confidence and good maintenance of interpersonal relationship. The 1 IA will on 3nd month of your semester starts and the 2 IA will be 1-2 months after your first IA anthe final end semester exam will be on the 6th month after the semester starts....

Course Curriculum Overview:

I've always wanted to do a professional course and I choose to nurse because it's a challenging yet rewarding profession. The faculty is well qualified and experienced with newer teaching-learning methods. I'm not quite sure about the student-to-faculty ratio. Exams are held annually. It really depends on the student but you have to do your part responsibly to make the most and learn.

All about East Point from my point of view

I was selected for CMRIT and TJohn college of engineering for same course but finally decided to choose east point due to its reputation accross banglore, Since I'm excellent performer in academics i haven't faced rejection but this college is my personal choice.
