Remarks
The admission process of this college is simple. There are two ways, the first one is that you can visit the college for admission and the second one is that you have to appear in counselling of aktu in which you will be selected on the basis of your jee rank.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty of this college is just okay. I mean they have sufficient knowledge about their subject but they are not able to teach students properly. However, college faculty are experienced. The college takes the exams monthly. The level of exams is easy and you can also pass the exams by just reading teachers' notes.
Internships Opportunities
Placement cell and college admin provides sufficient opportunities for internships as well as some extra courses too. Most of the internships are unpaid but some are paid too with an average stipend of 4-5 K. They are trying to provide good stuff to the students. Students made their projects and college also help them to compete on a higher level as well.
Placement Experience
Campus placements of this college are average. This year's highest package was about 15 LPA. The average package of this college is around 2.5 LPA. Mainly Wipro, IBM, Aptara and Accenture visit the college for placements. Students are eligible from the 7th semester to take part in placements. This year, around 67 percent of students got placements from the CS/IT branch.
Fees and Financial Aid
RKGIT charges 135000 for the first year and for another year, fees is almost the same. But one thing I tell you here is that they don't support students financially at all. If you submit the fees, they will allow you to study. You can also apply for a scholarship. The scholarship is given by the government, not by the college.
Campus Life
The infrastructure of the college is very poor. Benches in classrooms are very uncomfortable, labs are not properly maintained and the condition of toilets is hilarious. Only one thing that is good as a name of infrastructure is their auditorium hall. The canteen is good but small in size. The library is very silent and spacious. The college conducts the events and other activities like 2 times a month. There is an annual fest too in this college. There are very social groups and clubs as well present in the college runs by students.
