Awesome place to study Bachelor of Commerce.

The college management is good if its about organizing an even or fest or any other thing. The management department can be easily reached and are able to solve one's concern fast. I would say this is a fun place to study and enjoy this period of life.

Admission in Bachelor of Commerce is done on the basis of the marks obtained in 12th and cut off. MLN College is one of the in Haryana and have all the facility so it became my first choice. I was from commerce stream so I chose Bachelor of Commerce program for graduation as it have great scope of future.

The course or syllabus is updated as per the Kurukshetra university. The course structure is updated and highly productive. Subjects like Corporate A/c, Business Law, Business Statistics, Organizational Behavior, Business Environment, Business Management, Basics of computer, etc. ae the subjects from 1st year syllabus and look real easy but will force you to work on your basic of commerce stream. Overall the course structure forces to research and observe real life business activities and learn.

Companies like Wipro, HCL, Infosys, CONCENTRIX, etc are available for internship. I haven't been in an internship but seniors have provided a good insight to it. The internship experience of seniors are quite good as the internship provided a good knowledge about workplace. Stipend provided isn't that impressive as compare to other courses but can be considered okay for student.

Campus placement is provided and companies like Lg, Amazon, Wipro, Infosys, etc. are available in campus for placement. In last campus placement 49 students out of 68 students from B.Com were placed successfully. Companies offered 16-18k per month salary to them Which can increase after on-job training period finishes. There are some other option than job which are CA, CS, CWA or banking, Hotel Management, Finance, Law, Civil services, Tax advisor, Marketing, Insurance.

Cultural programs are oftenly organized at college's auditorium and theater. Events like fresher's party was also organized and many of the new students took part in it including me too and it was fun. The management of college always impresses the college member and outer visitors too.

Rs.9000 is the basic fee of one year and is kind of feasible comparing other universities. The fee is for the one year of B.com program so no books will be provided by kurukshetra university the students will have to purchase them from market or they can issue it on their name from library. A education loan can also be availed from bank from economic help and can be payed back after placement.

There are some scholarship Programs by kurukshetra University but I haven't got any. The college fee is feasible so I haven't felt the need of education loan but one can always avail that for economic support and pay it back after placement as the fee isn't much high as compare to private colleges or other university.

Race, Religion, Economic status, Sexual orientation has never been a point to judge someone for their ability everyone is provided a fair chance in everything. Gender ratio in campus is equal. Girls and Boys takes part in college activity with full enthusiasm. In college election the girls and boys both take part equally and it's turns out to be good for college environment. There are good set of rules for women safety also.

Hostel facility is available for both girls and boys separately, so do the food mess. Hostel rooms are nice and tidy, rules are strict to maintain the discipline. Also there are PG available too which can be a good replacement to hostels if one desires to. An average rent for PG in that area is around Rs.8000. The locality have all the services available like general store, medical stores, hospitals, restaurants, etc.

The seniors are always helpful if it's about every thing, whether its about notes on subjects or exam tips and also they also helped me in preparing my dance performance in cultural event.

Exams are held on semester end and sessional are held in half term. Computer laboratory courses like MS office and tally are taught in lab lectures. There two assignments per semester each weight of 5 marks each. I would say it's not a hectic structure but a fun structure as it always leave with some work to do and it's kind of exciting to do.

The faculty of college are great in their work of teaching. A student will be easily able to make notes of their subjects and will get help in making their first presentation. The teachers helped in all their respective subjects and helped in understanding the question paper format and how to attempt it to achieve good marks.
