Remarks
I am satisfied by the institution but the education system the faculty are lagging a bit. There are programs that are getting hosted every second week which impacts the education of every student.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose BCom because I was from a commerce background. The faculty here is not that perfect a single teacher handles a class of 90 students. The teaching method is also not so good, but the qualifications of the faculty are upto the level. We had mid sem after 4 months of 1st year and it was really very easy to pass questions are so easy.
Internships Opportunities
Deloitte, TCS are some reputed companies that are hiring students as campus recruitment with a handsome stipend. The students are going under an interview and mostly the students are getting roles from the department background.
Placement Experience
From after 4th-semester students become eligible to get campus placement. I've heard about companies like TCS, Deloitte are hiring in large numbers. My plan after getting the degree is to pursue a startup that I have made and work for it.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees here are so minimal and affordable. Yes, there are many scholarships that are been provided by the University many students avail of this scholarship. Till now we don't have any updates related to stipend internships etc we hope to get some in future.
Campus Life
The social life here is so perfect, we always have some events after every interval. The Library is so much perfect because it's the 2nd largest library of Odisha. Namely Kanika Library. Sports and other curricular activities are also taken care of.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel provides good facilities the fees of hostel is also affordable . Meal quality is always an issue because the quality of the food is never up to the mark. Registration and all stuff is very easy and fast. I live in west hostel
