No, My college provides no kind of internship but you can join students' union and earn unlimited money by fooling freshers just like other union members do.

Placement Experience

No job or placement opportunity. In this college, you are on your own. Once you enter the college, you are on your own for everything. No matter how good or bad you do in exam, there is no placement coz no company ever arrives. There is no placement, absolutely none ever in the past 40 years.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Very cheap. Its just ? 75 per month. The cheapest college ever. Very cheap college. Even a poor can study here. But cost of admission is too damn high including donations and etc. And fees needs to be paid for the whole year in advance.

St Joseph's college a Decent one

Placement Experience:

Placements were not there earlier. But our batch was the first one to get placement at St Joseph's College Darjeeling. To be honest It is not a college you should target if you are looking for placement. The companies were too small . The roles are way to entry level . Highest placement was around 40000 per month but it was an inside sales role so many opt out. There is not official data about placement . My plan was to look for off campus jobs.

Placement Experience:

from 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Various Jewelleries company has visited, and even companies like Google, Tata and many has visited. As per i know the highest package were in lacs per month. The college provides 100% placement. After getting the degree, I'll do masters in business administration.

My dream was after B.com then I complete M.com then CA but I couldn't do that. I did chose this course to learn more about accounting and finance and the cirriculum prepares you perfectly for the real world. The exams were conducted very soon in few semester only giving 3 months for the students to prepare . the professors were good at teaching and somehow used to complete the syllabus

Course Curriculum Overview:

The aspects of the curriculum which really influenced my decision was building the foundation of accounting to holding expertise, which was aligned with my goal of studying CA. The curriculum used to be upto date which give us a real time exposure. The exam used to take place in every 3 months.

SXC is invaluable to me!

Placement Experience:

Highest package of our program has been 20 lakhs. Companies like EY, DeShaw, ITC, CESC and many others which are multi billion dollar groups were the ones which are invited for placements. Batch size including morning and evening is of 400 students and nearly 200 gets placements in dream companies. Roles of business analyst and accounting are provided and SAP is taught in our college so those who know that gets job easily.
