Remarks

I thought of joining St.Joseph college but compared to NMAMIT St.Joseph has fewer placement opportunities. There are no minimum marks for the management quota in NMAMIT. In the management quota, we only had document verification.

Course Curriculum Overview

I was interested in this course because I wanted to enter a IT field. There were two batches each batch consisted of 60 students. Almost all the teaching faculty completed their master's. In one semester we had two internals.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Many companies provide internships with stipend. We also had mini-projects. I did a mini project based on python and machine learning. Also, I did an IOT project that is Bluetooth cat using Arduino uno.

Placement Experience

From the third semester, students were eligible for campus placements. Accenture, cognizant, tcs, capgemini, redbus, acolite, cardiac health, and many more. 120 students are placed among 180 students. Highest package is 12lpa

Fees and Financial Aid

In 2020, MCA fee was 80000. But now it has been raised. There are many scholarships available. One of the best SSP scholarships. Educational loans were also accepted. This college gives good placement opportunities and I'm placed in TCS.

Campus Life

In this college, many fests were conducted. In degree, college NIGMA fest was conducted where students from different colleges came and participated. In MCA/BE, INCREDIA fest is conducted were lots of people participated. College has more than two libraries. Among them we have a 24 hours library. Classrooms has AC facility, projector, fan, whiteboard and also wifi connections.

Interview Experience

I had document verification as a personal interview. I had to register my seat on advance by paying 25000. Later after few days we had to go to the college and fill all the forms provided by them. If any entrance exam is written, there is no need to pay 25000

A good start for career growth

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are average. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 2nd semester. Some companies visit the college and offer jobs in different roles. The average package is around 3-4 LPA and the highest package depends on the company. After completing my degree, I plan to get a good job and gain experience in my field

My MCA Life : The Real Experience

Placement Experience:

Students were allowed for placement from the final year. Only a few firms came and offers were limited. Avg pay was low and not many got placed. After MCA , my plan was to look for roles in tech and grow my skills.

Placements are good...lot of my friends got placed. But it even depends on individual intrests. At starting you get paid less but later on experience u can earn more. In case if placement doesn't happen you will still have the chance to explore outside.

NMAMIT is naturally beautiful!

There's an example names NUCAT which we have to give to get admission here. Also, the courses choice are made available to us only after the entrance result as CSE and EC and AI are topmost and therefore entrance toppers get it first.
