Amit Biswas's Review On Midnapore College, Medinipur

The college is well disciplined but sometimes this college have to face rough situations during election. Teachers students are well cooperative.

To get admission in this college we had to present a single time interview along with the result of class 10th and 12th. I love the subject biology thats why i selected my course.

Some companies based on researches came but none of our students effectively took part in that. As a result no one was selected.

Placement and job opportunities is some thing good but you have to satisfy with the package as long as you got to get some experience. If you want to study then you can do that in vidysagar university or bangalore is the best place for master degree. But our college is too good to make a student liable to have good jobs.

We do freshers party with juniors and seniors student. We also went to madhya pradesh for the training camp and to see the researches. We enjoy every bengali festivals here like saraswati puja, durga puja, Ganesh puja etc. But the biggest fest is the welcome party with teaches students staffs almost everyone.

Scholarships are available. If you are merit student then you will get scholarship upto 2 lakhs. Other then that you should be under category.

Campus is having basket ball court and huge hall for boys and girls common room with varities of games.Well desinged gardens. The infrastructure is too good. In this college we do dance,singing and also the freshers parties. And there are politics present in this college thiose are groups are TMC,SFI and BJP.

Our college does not provide hostels. We have to be pay n guest or take room rent. We have to be pay n guest or take room rent. It comes around 15-16k per year of room rent if you looking for affordable cheap rooms. You have to invest 2k-3k per month in food. There are few hotels who delivers the food. They are the best server in midnapore.

Senior students are the best and they are so helpful then you imagine. They will help you during the admission till the end.

The faculties are well behaved and very good. They are qualified in their own subjects. There are 5-6 teachers available for each honour branches. There are researches are going on now a days in my subject particularly i.e microbiology. The most toughest subject is Organic chemistry.
