Remarks
The admission process in MLRIT is done via TS Eamcet. After the eamcet results, I gave my web options and then, I was allocated to MLR Institute of Technology. The admission process is so transparent and everything is taken care of by the college itself. The convener fee per annum is 70000.
Course Curriculum Overview
The Course curriculum covers all the necessary requirements for the course. I chose Computer Science and Engineering as I wanted to build a career as a Software Engineer. This college has expertise faculty in their respective subjects. Exams are conducted at regular intervals and are neither too difficult nor too easy to pass. Good teaching methods like Interactive learning, Group learning activities, etc are implemented here.
Internships Opportunities
Many companies such as Amazon, Cisco, Jade Global, Amadeus labs, Accolite, etc have recruited students as Interns. The stipend varies from 5k - to 25k. Given the time period of 3-6 months, students have to be a part of at least one project with a definite outcome.
Placement Experience
Students become eligible for placements during 3"2 semesters. More than 30-40 companies have visited and nearly 85% of the students who opted for placement training are placed. The average package in our college is 5.5 LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The academic fee was 70000 per annum for our batch, now it is 96000 per annum. You can avail benefits like reimbursement and scholarships. Also, the college provides good internship and placement opportunities.
Campus Life
Ennumerous fests are conducted every year. During February - April season we find more fests than ever. Books from various authors are available in the Library. MLRIT is a college that highly encourages sports. There are also many clubs run by students, which do conduct many extracurricular activities.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel provided is good, clean and well maintained. The food here is hygienic and has a variety of menu. High standards are maintained in food quality. Provisions such as Gym, Study hours, etc are provided to make hostel life a better one.
