Remarks

To take admission in the the there is no entrance exam. The eligibility of the course is that candidate should have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 40% marks. You can apply online on the official website called ts dost here you can apply by visiting nearby meeseva center or preferred college.the admission begin in the month of July every year. There is a reservation for the sc,st and minority students.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty in our college is well experienced and has good qualifications and they use review-based teaching methods. The faculty-students is 2:50 which is very good. B com is a three year course with a total of 6 semesters and 2 semesters every year. I choose this course because I am very much interested in business and management. This course gives us good insight into commerce. Every semester We have 2 internal examinations which are very easy to pass.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 12000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee at gandikota business school is 12000 and there are other fees like lab fee, library fee and exams fees. If you are from minority or get admission in college by applying on the ts dost website than you can apply for the state scholarship on ts epass website if you are from management quota than you have to pay the full fee of the course or you can apply for the national scholarship on nsp portal.there is no jobs in the college campus.

Campus Life

The campus of our college is very big it has a playground. Every year we have science fest and painting, writting, sports etc competition which makes students to learn new things. And also ever year we have freshers parties which are very enjoyable. The labrary has all the books at any time. The classroom has a good infrastructure. The college has a canteen which offers good and fresh food snacks to students and faculty. Overall the campus life of our college is very good.

Harsh reality of a college student

Placement Experience:

Placements of my college promises for big companies but there very few companies came with not a satisfactory salary package.As it only offers with an average salary or 350000. And they do not tell how to present ourself for placement interview.

Placement Experience:

5 th semester students are eligible for the placements. And in the 3 rd and 4 th semester our college conducts some placement related activities,by those we were able to crack placements in the top companies like TCS, HCL, Infosys etc.Most of the students are placed in campus only.

Students because eligible for the campus placements from final year that is 5-6 semester. The companies visited college for placements are EY, Deloitte, ADP, Sutherland, Accenture, sagility, JP Morgan organ, Genpact ect. Companies minimise package offered to the students is 2LPA and maximum about 5-6LPAm. The students getting placements is above 65% but placements are given on the basis on everything including the performance in interview process etc. Some Students are planning do there higher education in states and other are planning to to jobs .

I chose Bcom Honours to get ready for the future employment and training .I spoke to a career counselor who advised this course to me The curriculum prepares me very well as it contains every part of management which is done in employment. The teaching method can be changed alot ,but the course curriculum can be made more practical as similar to the workplace. The timing and frequency of exams is good ,every semester exam comes in 4-6 months
