Remarks

Good things about my college is that every student in my college learns from the life of college after the school. Every student have freedom to do something for the college and give a new position to the college. Bad things are some time outsiders comes in my college for fulfill their objectives like to chase the girls and fighting with the students.

Entrance Preview

I am a commerce student but i wanna be a software engineering as i am so much interested in the programming and the computer fundamental and technology. So as a commerce student am not able to do B.Sc as computer science. So, i tried for the B.C.A in Govt P.G college jind. And i got the admission. As about the admission. The admission are done offline so after getting the procepectus and fill out the details of the 10th and 12th marksheet and other. Cut off list appears on the notice board on the decided date.

Course Curriculum Overview

Really have to say this college is best for the commerce block students but not for the computer and technology based students. There is no focus on the practicle knowledge about the subject only the the theoretical knowledge given to students.

There is no any company that enters in my college for hiring the students.

College Events

There are so many festival celebrated in my college. Like holi,youth festivals,talent competition and Diwali. On the youth festivals all the colleges in haryana affiliates to K.U.k take participate in particular jobs like dancing,singing,acting to make the festival so much interested.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship are given to the sc and bc students and no loan availability.

Campus Life

There is tough competition between the sports,dancers and sometime there is an issue related related to the re-appears fees and the college environment for not providing the fulfill environment to the students. Sfi and student do stike in the college to improve the college environment and services.

Hostel Facilities

As i am reviewing my college there is no any mess and hostel as generally found in university's but have to say this college is neat and clean.

Balanced academic experience at KR Mangalam university

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the curriculum about 4 on 5 in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness . The curriculum covers important subject such as program languages , database management system , DSA and many more . It provides good foundation for higher studies like mca but more advanced industry level tools , internships and live projects could further improve practical exposure.

Truth about KR Mangalam university

Placement Experience:

I think 5th or 6th sem students are eligible for campus placements. as per its website google, apple, Xebia, IBM , Deloitte , Wipro, TCS , Cognizant , Decathlon, Quantela, Genpact like companies visited and 92 % of students getting placements and highest package of 56.6 LPA and average package is 7.25 LPA and profiles offered data analyst , mangement , software engineer etc. i plan get a job as data analyst and presuit further study.

A great place for learning

Placement Experience:

from 5th semester onward students become eligible for campus placement . companies like wipro, delloite, TCS visits every year and hire many interns . Recent highest pakage was 56 lakh per annum which is good for intern.

A series of aptitude tests i had to go through in order to get admission to the college.The tests included parts like general knowledge,science,logical questions and quantitative. A huge amount of practice is required to crack the tests.

It was a good experience as I have learned more than the academics

Well the eligibility for the course was 80% to 95 % marks. Th3 first merit list was at 95% and the last was around 80%. And they also gave extra credits for my sports achievements and NCC activities. Do the application I went to the nearest CSC centre and applied online it was an easy application process. The college provides reservation to the Scheduled caste/ scheduled trove and all other minority candidates as some of my close friends were sikh and from other minorities. As far as improvements are concerned, we always have the scope of improvement. Teachers and senior student groups work very actively to help the students. The best thing we can do is to create whatsapp group for the admission details and apply Whatsapp group scanner at all places so that all students can get I want access to all information and updates regarding every detail.
