Remarks

Admission is taken based on eamcet ranking, I got 21k and choose specialisation in counselling.I got a seat in Cse - Datascience. Since I am from General Category there was no reservation . I don't advise any improvement in admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview

Datascience has a wide scope and demand. Department has 56 faculty members with 9 doctorates.For every 2 and half months there is a mid exam and after end of sem at 6th month there is a semester end exam. When prepared throughouly it is not that difficult to pass.

From 3-1 students are eligible for campus placements.Many companies like accenture, cognizant, virtusa, HCL, capgemini, L&T,Amazon, Hetero and many more. Highest package this year is 50L and average is 7-8L . Almost all get placed.I want to pursue higher studies.

96,000 per year is the academic fee. I haven't received any scholarship but for backward and reserved categories. And theres is good training for career and placements. I'm curre tly in 2nd year so haven't been placed yet.

Campus Life

freshers, Traditional day , Anuual day celebrations are done.There are plenty of books available in the library regarding all courses and subjects.projector and smart boards for better learning.There is an indoor badminton stadium in campus. Along with many indoor and outdoor sports such as Basketball, Kabaddi, Kho Kho etc.Clubs like Club Literati, Service to mankind , Engineers without borders and many are present.

The exams can be done for once in two months and that are considered as mid examinations before that there is a lab internal after 2 months again these will happen after that lab externals and semester will be done total semester will be done by 6months including preparation holiday and regular holidays

College for people with more money

Placement Experience:

There are placements in our college,we get placement training from our 5th semester and in 7th semester we are eligible for the campus placements, the highest package they mentioned was 60lpa. Over the placements are good and you need to get 65% in your exams for the eligibility of campus placements

Comming to course if you study for atleast imp u will survive no matter how hard the paper is and curriculum is easy to get on there is no issue in syllabus and other study related but he have to put minimum efforts to suvive through backlogs

The College placements will be available eligible for the students of 4th-year 1st semester there is a number of companies visited almost 100 companies like TCS Infosys for exam and there is a highest package of 40 lacks per annum and average package 6 lakhs per annum and there is a placement of about 98 percentage and my plan is after getting the degree is to get a job in a multinational company

Placement Experience:

My honest experience at MLRIT till now

I did apply to colleges like VNR and GRIET during counselling but based on my rank I only got a confirmed seat in MLRIT in the first round. So we visited the campus before even thinking about second counselling. After seeing the college, classrooms and labs me and my parents got a good feeling and the vibe was solid. Plus it’s not far from my home so travel is easy too. After that I didn’t even bother going for second round because we felt this college was the right fit for me. The admission process was through TS EAMCET counselling. You need to qualify the EAMCET exam and based on rank you get the seat. There are cutoffs for each branch and CSE usually has the highest cutoff. Once I got the allotment letter we just visited the college and finished admission formalities in the same week....Read More
