Remarks
If you are planning to go to this college then you have to give AKTu entrance exam, as well as you can get direct admission through the management quota. You can get all the application fees and application dates from the college website itself. Also, there are no reservation benefits is availed.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose mechanical engineering because of my interest. The department has a very supportive faculty, there is a good ratio of students and teachers. Teachers are highly qualified, many of them are M.tech. Teachers use both classic methods of teaching on a board to the modern method of the digital class to teach students to clear their concepts and confusion.
Placement Experience
From 6 semesters the student becomes eligible for campus placement. Hcl, vacro, BN packs are some of the companies which visit here and the number of offers they made fluctuates every time but the average I guess will be 30-35 per batch, about 65% of students get easily placed. My plan after the degree is to go for higher education (MBA)
Fees and Financial Aid
During my graduation, the fees structure fluctuates from 90000 to 1.2 lakh, yes you get a scholarship, if you are from a reserved category or if your father has annual income below 1.5 lakh/annum, you can easily apply for scholarship and get your 70% fees back, depends on your category
Campus Life
The fest usually takes place in October( tatva-k), in which some popular guest is invited to perform, the college has a playground for students to play in also the college provide inter-college competition for the students. Cricket volleyball and basketball are one of the most famous played games here. The college has 2 canteens which are very hygienic and almost have all the products which a student needs.
