Remarks

The eligibility is completion of class XII. Application form is availble at GGSIPU webisite. GGSIPU also conducts entrance test. Once the entrance test is completed, then GGSIPU starts the councelling process (which is online). Admission process is quite smooth.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty members are quite good. We have ample faculty members and all are Doctrates. All teaching aids are used by faculty members. Timely notes are provided along with ppts and video lectures. Exams are also conducted smoothly.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 110000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Various companies provide internships like Airtel, Vodafone, Paytm, Lenscart etc. Faculty guides are provided along with company guides. Topics are provided by faculty guides and they also provide time to time help.

Placement Experience

Final semester students become eligible for campus placement. Citybank, HDFC, ICICI, IDFC, KOTAK are all on the list of companies which have visited our college. Highest package has been 12.9 LPA and the average pacakage has been 5LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is according to the GGSIPU, as it is mentioned in GGSIPU brochure. It seems that the fee is comparitivly lower than many ohter institutions /universities. Multiple scholarship policies are in force as per govt regulations. The fee is quite afforadble.

Campus Life

There is an annual fest Zenith along with several other events which are conducted on a regular basis like dance, singing, debate and many such competitions. Recently we had sports event that comparized of many activities like cricket, badminton and many other sports. Lot of club activities are performed on a regular basis.

Good Exposure in Event Management Field

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

Placement Experience:

The placement in my college for my course BBA pretty good. The college is also Offers internship opportunities. We can expect an average package of around 3 to 4 lakhs per annum for BBA. The students become eligible for campus placements from fourth semester onward. Some of the companies that have visited our colleges include KPMG Deloitte. The education tree, the highest package that someone got from our college was of around 60 lakhs and the profile offered to him was in finance. The percentage of students getting placements are around 8290%. My plans after getting this degree includes to do a post graduation in the fields of business only and then get

Placement Experience:

Well the placement of this campus are not as good as the other colleges well most of the student opt of further education while the one who don't go for post graduation would get an estimate of 300000 per annum well my plans after graduation is to do post graduation which is MBA.

Placement Experience:

There is a placement cell in my college. There are students who call companies to come for the placements. I there are teachers too in the placement cell. But the placement record is not good. In previous years the highest placement hit was 22 lakh in my course . But the ratio of students getting placements is very few.

mostly 3rd year students sits for placements , offers are given yet they are low from market and not vast in numbers too , i dont remember any major company that joined the placement drive its mostly local startups and companies and they dont support us doing interships so its really hard in bms to get placements as it just not possible

Aspects of the GGSIP University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Overall. the interships and placement cell is very active and helpfull.
