My good experience in JUET.

I got admitted to this college on the basis of board exam results. To get computer science here you should have above 85% marks in board. The college also takes admission on the basis of jee results. The selection on the basis of jee changes every year according to the cutoff of jee exams. So for that, you have to check the official website of the college to check the cutoff.

Due to the increasing opportunities in this computer science field, I have chosen this course. The faculties here are very good and for each subject, there are on average 4 faculties are there. They are well qualified and almost all of them have done their Masters and PhD from good Nits or Its. Their teaching method is very good. They just make the thing very easy for you. In each semester 3 written exams occur and 2 practical exams occur. The exam level is from moderate to difficult but not too difficult. If you will study then easily you can solve every question.

The only drawback here is that although the college gives you permission to go for internships and also helps you you have to apply for the internship by yourself only. No company visit the college for providing internship opportunities.

From the 6 semester the student here are eligible for placement. Every year there are various companies that visit here like Goldman Sachs, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Amazon, Juniper, Cisco and many more. Last year the lowest package gone was around 5-6 lakhs and the highest was around 45 lakhs. Every semester almost 95% of student are eleigible for the placement process. Almost all the student get the call from the companies visiting in the college. I have decided to take up the best opportunity I get from here and and after few years will go for my masters and phd.

The total fees of this college including the hostel, mess, academic etc facilities is around 11-12 lakhs for 4 years. The average placement package is around 5-6 lacs. As the placement here is very good so taking admission here is a profitable deal. Almost every student here gets a call from more than 1 company for placement.

Every 1-2 years our college organises a tech fest as well as the annual cultural fest which lasts almost for 2-3 days. The library facility here is very good, and here the library is also very big with a good sitting and reading facility. There is an abundance of books there including academic related books, novels, magazines, newspapers etc. The classrooms here are very good and spacious. They are designed in such a way that the board is visible from every corner of the room. There is a big playground here for football and cricket. Basketball courts are also there on the ground and in the girls' hostel. The indoor basketball court is also there. The swimming pool is there for girls in their hostel. A volleyball court is there on the ground. Seprate handball ground is there. Indoor badminton courts are there. There are various cultural as well as technical clubs in college which include ar VR club, dance, art and event club and many more.

In the hostel room, a bed is given, and a study table, chair, fans and centralised air conditioning are provided. Water filters are there 2 each floor. Every room has its own balcony. The food is a mess and is also good. There is a decided menu for the week and meals are served according to that only. You can register for the college hostel easily with academic registration only. Near the college, there are places to stay but according to me the hostel in college is the best option as it also has a weekly laundry service and many more amenities.
