Remarks

College management was very greedy they took fee of coming semester in advance (six month before).

MCA Common Entrance Test, Rank 254, The location of institute and placement status was good.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was not up to date e.g. This course teaches only upto C language but at that time Java,.Net was rising.

Internships Opportunities

Only TRIDENT visited the institute for the placement purpose. But I could not attended the interview because they interviewed only those students who was having more than 70 % in MCA.

Placement Experience

Only TRIDEND visited the institute and only three selected.

College Events

No function organised because Chairman was a greedy person.

Fees and Financial Aid

No scholarship or loan available by the college.

Campus Life

Gender Ratio: (Male : Female = 21 : 19) Campus life was unforgettable for me. Those were very beautiful days. We share lunch. We play Cricket on half prepared pitch.

Hostel Facilities

The fees was Rs 12000/- per annum. The mess charges were Rs 15 per diet. I did not opted for hostel.

Alumni network is now broken because this institute has been converted into a deemed university.

The faculty was very good and helpful nature.

Experience at IGU Rewari in MCA Course

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is designed to teach the basic and fundamental subjects of computer science to students. In each subject, the difficulty level is below moderate. There are some subjects which meet the industry standards and prepare students for jobs in market. But many subjects are out-dated and their syllabus is not upto standard mark of industry requirements. There is an urgent need to update the syllabus and make it more industry demands-oriented. The teaching methods used are good but some updates can make them more better. Less focus is given on practical knowledge and labs. In each semester, you will have sessional exams two times for all 5 subjects. In each year, there are two semesters and in each semester you will havee final exams in the month of December and May.

Mainly from 2nd semester , you are eligible for the campus placement . Many companies like paytm, vaco binary , hindustan wellness , axis bank visited and many good offers are made. Highest paclage i think 32 lpa and average package is 6lpa . 100 percent placement provided by wctm.

Names of the companies visited are Qikfox Inc, QSS Technosoft, Argusoft India Ltd, Decimal Technologies, CRTD technologies and no of offers made are around 10 - 20 the package lies is between 500000-1000000 Percentage of student geting placement are not true according to me by collage however it lies around 40 percent of students.
