Life at PEC ( Pragati Engineering College)

I joined pragati engineering college through APECET 2021 . It is an entrance test for diploma students to get join directly into second year of engineering after completing diploma. We have to apply APECET in official portal website of apecet.nic.in . I didn't have any reservation . I got rank of 281 ( branch rank ) in ecet

I choose electronics and communication engineering because i like technology and electronic gadgets . Since india is developing as digital india. So we ece students have so much scope in future . There are 5 sections ( ece ) in my college . Each section consists of 60 students. We have plenty of faculty for all subjects. Most of teachers are experienced and senior lecturers with some new teachers as well . They teach very well . Exams were not easy as well as not difficulty . We have to study well to get good marks .

Mostly few internships available in our college. Recently SIH and APSSDC are also conducted in my college as internship . Most internships are free and some of them are giving stipends as well. My friends made a project in internship which is a dust cleaner

Campus placements are good in pragati engineering college . Almost 1000 students are getting selected every year in campus placements. Mostly software jobs are interested by the students. Aws - Amazon web service pays highest package like 20 lakhs per annum .so many companies came to us like wipro , L&T , Infosys , Accenture etc .i want to join in my core department career after getting degree

Since i didn't have fee reimbursement due to my father is an government employee . I have to pay full fee and i didnt get any scholarship also. College fee is about 63000 per year for any of the branch for btech . Our college provides special classes like aptitude and soft skills to improve our skills for campus interviews and also bring companies to the campus

Since i joined recently , no annual fest has done yet. Campus life is beautiful . We have good infrastructure as well . Labs are good . Lab equipments are plenty as well . Some equipment are old also . We had a Central library . It is very large. There are so many books to read and take as well . Our college provides great support in sports also. Recently conducted pragati premiere league . So many clubs like toast master , photography etc
