MallaReddy main Campus review

Eligibility for this course is should have a complete intermediate in the MPC stream. Application for this college can be done through web counseling after passing the EAMCET exam or else if not attended the EAMCET exam then can opt for a management seat(which costs more money than the normal fee). If the EAMCET rank is less than 10000 then there would be no tuition fee otherwise need to pay a fee. During my academic year, 2013-2017 fee was around Rs.51000 per year and the library fee is separate. If there is a reservation of OBC then Rs.35000 will be born by the government. In the case of SC/ST no need to pay the tuition fee. The admission process is simple through EAMCET but the management seat fee is too high, which needs to be decreased.

Based on my interest in electronics I choose this course. The faculty-student ratio is decent, most of the faculty are M.Tech graduates, and very few completed PG. Term exams will be like three mid-exams every month, the average of the three mid-exams will be calculated and added to the main exam marks. Exams are not that too difficult.

Students from the 3rd year 2nd semester will start attending placements. Placements are conducted along with other Mallareddy group colleges at the MRCET campus, companies like Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, and BPO like companies visited for placements. The highest package secured by a student was around 8LPA and a minimum of 1.8L. 15-20% secured campus placements. Need to attend a separate computer language course to secure a job outside after many struggles.

I got a fee reimbursement of Rs.35000 which directly get to college from the government. I got a job offer from a bank that is irrelevant to my course so rejected that offer. Found a job in off campus drive in another college.

Akshara fest, fest on engineers day and the annual day is conducted grand. There is a separate building for the library known as a knowledge center where you can find books mostly related to academics only. There is a huge cricket ground and also a basketball court.
